I know the feeling! Not having much income, I have to plan my way around these things carefully... Sometimes, like the robots/dragons sale, I'm forced to deselect a whole lot of items I'd have otherwise got.

Could say that if it weren't for Daz Studio, I'd be financially richer, but creatively poorer for it. :)

Still hoping things like the Gull Wing and its Megacharger expansion go on sale, one of these days, so that I can recreate 'Back To The Future' scenes. Certain items have been on my wish list for an age, but they never seem to go on discount and are too hellishly expensive for me to purchase at their regular cost.

A Genesis Shapes flash sale would be awesome! I'm finally able to put some real money down for my program and have found so many items I've been wanting up for sale so I picked them up fast and to finally be able to put some more work into the Genesis figure would make me happy.
Did Rawart already do a flash sale? I remember earlier last month that most of the store was on sale and I put the items in my cart then when I went back to purchase them later that day (I was at work...) the items were regular price.

Anyways I love these surprise sales, thank you to the vendors and everyone at Daz for them!

We seem to be back in the realm of Daz Flexi-Time, where an hour is not an hour as most of us appreciate it, the '4 Hours Only' Daz Platinum sale has been running for over twelve hours to my knowledge, it was running yesterday afternoon when I got back from work (5-6pm UK time) and is still on now as I'm about to head off to work again (6:30am). I'm not complaining about the lengthened sales but an accurate start/stop time (or even duration in some cases) on these would be useful as it would allow us time to browse the categories & plan our purchases a bit better as for many of us we can not continuously check when something goes up on the site and work out the end time as we can not always access the site from work etc.to continuously monitor the offers available.

I noticed that as well. I woke up around 1:30pm my time (schedule got screwed a few nights back- had to be up all night for family reasons) and it's still going at almost 11pm. Who knows how long it'd been running already by the time I woke up.

    Greetings,

    that Interiors Flash was Awesome.

if that came round again, i'd drop more money on it :)

There's about two days a year, sometimes only one, where they have a big 'ALL PA's X% OFF!' sale. My understanding is that for most PA sales, it's driven by the PA themselves, so some which aren't as active anymore never do any. That one day, though, DAZ puts all the PA stuff on sale, period. It's typically pretty epic, and regularly demolishes my bank account.

I actually built http://3dwishlist.com/demo to give me insight as to what's on sale, when, and even email me when stuff on my wishlist goes on sale. (And typically when new promotions are pushed up to the store, like flash sales.)

I've spent way too much time, and money, on DAZ stuff, but...well, it's fun, it makes me happy, and lets me visualize weird-ass stuff that's in my head, and these things are valuable to me.

Its not really a working option for me, that 3dwishlist site. I've tried it before, and just now again, and it won't let you sign in...and even without signing in, it always includes PC Discounts, which don't apply for me. (the button to exclude them does not seem to do anything)

I posted this over in my art studio thread but will crosspost. Watch out for this product- the textures are NOT included (it says so) but the link to the "textures sold separately" is a 404 not found, http://www.daz3d.com/ss-toonimal-kitty-mappak is the set
EDIT: At least I THINK that’s right. The Toony Cat requires Toonimal Kitty, so the Toonimal Kitty mappak should be the one used? There’s not one for Toony Cat.

    Hi, Opal!
That's sorta the reason for this thread. Flash Sales are completely random, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week; and they can last 4 hrs, 8 hrs. even days at a time. Since one of us is online at any given time around the world, when a Flash Sale pops up on the scrolling ads, the first one to see it comes here to tell the others about it. I haven't missed many sales since this thread began, so it works well.
    John
