Ok thank you very much, his hound dog bundle and character are, and the promo says "these featured Genesis,.... items from each Featured Artist Catalog above" so I'm not sure :)

It says an extra 30% off with two featured items, but it’s only taking 17% off. Dwarf clothes are $7.54 and minus 30% should be $5.28 but showing in cart as $6.29 and Inked should be $4.40. Math isn’t my best subject, but isn’t there something wrong here?
Why not just buy the bundle? The full price of the bundle is the same as the full price of just the clothes. So, if / when the discount on th clothes is fixed the resultant price won't be any cheaper than the whole bundle.

I tried with Iconic Outfit for Genesis 3 Male(s). Price before cart $5.70. 20% additional off, leads me to believe to expect $1.14 additional off = $4.56. However, the price is $4.75.

Sorry I went to bed before I saw your post (it was after 1am here). Those prices were correct. They are NOT DO's, so they are supposed to be 40% off (because they are from a PA in the sale) less 30% (because they are Genesis 2 items). So 40% off then 30% off is 58% off - they already show that percentage in the store page - there is no extra 30%.
Then if you buy 2 or more items that initial 40% off PA items becomes 50% in the cart, making a total 65% off.
Dwarf clothes base price is $17.95 - 65% off is $6.2825
Inked Vol 6 base price is $14.95 - 65% off makes that $5.2325.
Add them together that's $11.515 which has rounded to the nearest cent as $11.52 in the cart.
Except it said take an EXTRA 30% off these featured G2 items... I give up trying to figure out these sales.
Me too. I just use Daz-Deals to show me the total % off my cart and decide whether I want to spend that much money today. I think they've got this down to a fine science. When I checked the price history (again thanks to Daz-Deals), a lot of the items with all of today's stacking discounts are within a penny of their historic lows.
Wonderland, the EXTRA 30% means 30% on top of the 40% offered for the whole PA catalog - and the arithmetic is already done on the store page. If you look at (say) Silver's store (from the link in today's sale page, which cuts out "New" and PC+ items) then sort by new arrivals you'll find:
Some of the newest items (Gen8) - 40% off
A bunch of Gen3 items which are not DO's - 52% off (that's the same 40% less the extra 20% for Gen3), interspersed with
A bunch of Gen3 DO's - 67% off (that's the same 52% less your 30% discount on DO's if you're a PC+ member)
A bunch of Gen2 items which are not DO's - 58% off (that's the base 40% off that PA less the extra 30% for Gen2), interspersed with
A bunch of Gen2 DO's - 71% off (that's the same 58% less your 30% PC+ discount)
A bunch of Genesis/V4 items which are not DO's - 68% off (that's the base 40% less the extra 45% for Genesis/V4), interspersed with
A bun of Genesis/V4 DO's - 77% off (the same 68% less your 30% PC+ discount)
I picked Silver because (s)he has been a PA for years and made a lot of DO's, so products in all those categories appear in that store.
ETA: By the way today's Catch-Up sale page has an error in the bit above the list of PAs - which implies you need to buy a Debut or Still New item or two to get these discounts - it's not true.
Can we get a filter for just the things at 68% or 77% off? I tried every item in my wishlist + 2 new items, and still nothing went above 50%.
If you have Daz Deals, you can sort by "% Off," which will display the highest discounts first. The plugin also adds filters, including one to hide PC+ items. That will eliminate a huge number of products from the listing. Then just scroll through the listings. As those higher discounts are for specific generations, you can also filter for the generation(s) you are interested in to further isolate the sales items.
If you're a PC+ member, the DOs will have the highest discounts. You can use the Daz Deals filter for "PlatClub Coupon" to quickly filter by "Daz Originals".
If you don't have the plugin, you can also try sorting by "Price Low-High" and filtering by generation(s). And if you're a member, filter by Daz Originals using the Artist drop-down.
I don't calculate any %s as that is way too complicated for me... I just check if there's any conditions for a special deal, then put the stuff I want and those I need to fulfill the condition in the shopping cart and then I check Daz-Deals history for the items if they've cheaper than usual (or at least as cheap) and decide to buy or not.
Tried that, but these are conditional discounts, and near as I've found it only filters / sorts on discounts that work full-time. These products don't get their full discount until they're in the cart.
I didn't use the generation filter though - that might do it.
This is true. However, almost everything is part of fhe catchup sale, at the moment, at 50% off with two or more PA Festival sales items in the cart.
With the exception of products in Fast Grab, anything with a discount listed is going to have a higher discount in the cart when the criteria is met. For example, I put two items in the cart with a 77% discount listed, and the cart shows them at an 81% discount.
The EXTRA X % OFF on a Daz Sale page, usually means that the extra percent is taken off in cart - meaning, whatever the price is showing when you click the add to cart, then the extra percent is applied. But, I'm not seeing that on these Featured Items. From the other comments, I'm assuming that this is just poor and inconsistent ad copy, and the additional percentage has been take off pre "add to cart." Perhaps, the copy should be be noted "* additional percent off included in prices as marked."
There are still some good deals...just not what I thought the Mega Flashback Sale meant by "additional % off."

Brute 8 today was a surprise. This is the first time I can recall Daz releasing two Base Figures during the PA Festival. (Of course, the old gray matter ain't what it used to be…)
Nice offer, too. Though I really miss having the HD Addon included with the Pro bundle. (Poor Daz. There's just no pleasing everybody!) I would have prefered a more realistic male, though I'm reading a lot of positive feedback from other folks. Guess they've really missed The Freak.
This is one of the few bundles that the hair doesn't appeal to me, but the clothing does! It's usually the other way around.
What happened to $30 between today's Daz newsletter that mentions $120 off, and the site banner that only mentions $90 off? :))))
'weapons and warfare' items from the brute sale offer that appeared as free in my cart yesterday are appearing at a 61% discount today.

My cart was sitting about $57.00, when I next checked it was over $170.00, I emptied my cart. Will fill it up again if the discounts still apply - not everyone can buy things in a 24 hour time frame.
@Bunyip02, It's not unusual for the prices to fluctuate wildly when Daz needs to adjust one, or some, of the discount rules in the store. The best thing to do when you see prices jump like that is to wait a bit and see if the lower prices come back. If not, it will only take one click to empty the cart..
In this case, it seems the 40% Off Featured Daily Specials discount is broken....
And broken website discounts are just another way prices fluxuate wildly at Daz
Sorry to report that the gray matter loses - last year both Teen Josie 8 and Stephanie 8 appeared during the PA Sale. And in 2016 both Sunny 7 and Lilith 7 appeared. (I keep a long history of screenshots going back to about 2014 - yes I'm a terrible hoarder!)
Strange. I couldn't seem to attach a screenshot. Tried two different file formats and two browsers. Then magically.
In any event, on the Festival page it shows the items that are part of the Brute 8 sale under a 40% Off header (which applied cumulatively yesterday) but many of the items in the lists aren't even at 40% Off. That would account for the sudden jump in price.
