    The Build your own flash sale is supposed to for any artist item that is not on sale but when I try to use an item such as SY Supermorpher that is not new and not on sale the coupon doesn't work. In short Sickleyeild's store seems to have been omited from the sale. Can this be fixed before the sale ends?

    I can't get the flash sale to work either, I have 3 things from  

    Andrey Pestryakov store in my cart and there's no reduction on them.

    It seems that you can have only the 3 items in the cart to get the code to work anything else and the code comes up as not valid.

    Anything Flipmode (not new, no sale) still doesn't work for me

    As soon as there's a Flipmode item in my cart - code not valid, if I exchange it, everthing is fine

    There are several DOs in Fast Grab that do not have the correct discount applied.

    Tried to buy https://www.daz3d.com/lights-and-cameras-for-urban-future-5 (which I needed) but had to settle for a substitute item (not needed) to make the BYOF work.

    That item is by StoneMason and his items are on sale with purchase of a new release from the "StoneMason and a Wedding' sale. So, they are excluded from the Build Your Own Flash Sale.

    Bah.  Having odd stacking is what DAZ sales are all about!  This non-stacking with anything sale is lame.

    Yeh, it's the first time I've ever seen qualification text of 'Discount excludes ANY item on sale.' As a customer, I'm kinda hoping it doesn't get used more often. But if I were a PA, or even amore typical customer who liked more simple/straightfoward sales (without 'hidden' stacking), I can see this new qualifier as being much needed and welcome.

    Daz really needs to reach out to the estate of the developer of Generation X, purchase the rights and code, and release a version that supports Generation 8. I know there is a manual way to transfer morphs - but really - this is one of the major things holding me back from buying more Generation 8 products. Otherwise, I'd be purchasing UVs, clone figures, whatever else I'd need to bring characters and content from V3 and V4 on up to Generation 8. 

    Or work with the estate beneficiary to provide someone to continue to develop the platform by convincing them that there is a continued and increasing revenue stream by keeping the product refreshed.

    At one time Singular Blues was deloping a script for this. I'm not sure if he/she is still working on that or not.

    But at any rate I agree there is definite use for such a product.

    Still worked with some items that are on sale... not many though... but getting 80% (or more...) price reduction is a good reason to look very carefully devil

    The thing is that Generation X is so flexible and granular - it is one of the best values in the DAZ library for extending products purchased for previous generations to new ones. Not having it available for Generation 8 is a liability for Generation 8 adoption. Most scripts and manual methods seem more about moving an entire character over as a complete morph - but Generation X will move over expression morphs, individual body morphs (hands, nails, eyes, legs, whatever...) as individual morphs that can be dialed into any character easily. To me, it is an indispensible tool and DAZ has to figure out some alternative that is equally as powerful going forward.

    Hmmm, I wonder if it is a glitch or if the store has been removed. Trying to get there by clicking the name in the regular list of vendors also produces a 404 error.

    Edit: Store is still here: https://www.daz3d.com/shop/#filter_vendor=sade&filtered=1 Typing the name in the vendors at the left of the regular full store page will bring it up.

    When I saw the glitch (or sale NOT working) I took a snapshot of the Banner just in case they changed the wording of the banner instead of fixing the sale to work as advertised.

    I wasn't sure which way it would go. Sure enough, they CHANGED the banner. OUCH

    This is one of those cases where you DON'T make a ticket since it does seem like a harmless typo and not a change of heart after the sale was launched.

    Not every mistake by Daz needs to be paid for. Pun intended. lol
