    Wow. This looks like the new Anagenessis, figuratively speaking. I think I'll wait to see what renders get posted (by customers) before making my decision, but it looks promising!

    Oh gosh! Don't get too hype guys - that's a sure fire way to get disappointed. lol

    Altern8 isn't a miracle product, just something to help enhance skin a bit (and of course that's subject to taste and preferences). :) But I do hope you guys find it helpful and have fun with it! I'm excited to see people's renders with the product and if you guys find it helpful! smiley

    If for no other reason than to save Olympia, Stephanie, Lucas, Alexandra, Penny, etc. this product would be worth it. Also, what's up with the green tint on Charlotte?

    Ha! Thanks. And still no Altern8. My money is burning a hole in my pocket. I may have to wait until Thursday to get Altern8; that is, if it's out by then.

    I would suggest making sure you ask any questions about Altern8 in Diva's Commercial thread, https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/243716/altern8-skin-shader-system-for-genesis-8-commercial#latest, so that information can easily be found by users.

    I also like her with the "Darius 8 B - No Maps" preset coupled with "SSS Tint A":

    But you can also tweak it with the included Translucency Strength, Translucency Color, SSS Tint Colors, and Shine Strength settings. :)

    I’m a bit confused about this product will it work on skins not listed there? I tend to not use base skins. Also there are hardly any Male anatomical elements listed. Does this mean they won’t work?

    My own V8 render cooking... hey, apparently it's true that it reduces render times!

    I can confirm there are presets for the genitals, male and female. While I won't need them because I don't do images that show genitals, I believe they should work.
