very pretty
Lots of spruced up old content... that's Victoria 4!
She looks pretty good, IMO, but the elbows have some of the problems that deprecate older generations.
Nice work
Since weez all havin fun
Another render inspired by the current My Little Pony TV-show. This time with "humanized" versions of some of its characters. Skin Builder 3 was very helpful in making this render, which also features some of my recent purchases: Sunday Morning Outfit for G3F, V4 Cuore di Moda, Amber Clothing, There are also couple of first time use items, that are a bit older purchases: Headphones from the Karaoke Machine (the first ever "purchase" I did from the Daz Store), the collar from the Santa Honey Outfit and Bandstand.
Here's something a little different from what I normaly post.
Went and downloaded a Mazda MX-5 model, and added Iray materials to it, then rendered it up in Studio, using similar tonemapping and bloom settings to my last few images
I did one render with the lights off, then one with the headlights on.
Cool car
Here's another of the same car (It's the current generation Mazda MX-5 aka Mazda Miata) wearing my aproximation of Mazda's Soul Red Metallic color.

This time I've got a Kalea 7 modeling with the car. I quite like how the headlights turned out on this render.
I got distracted when I was getting ready to transfer some G3F morphs over to G8F... and applied the G8F materials to the G3F. Just good old copy and paste, eveything but the eyelashes. (Could have done those as well, but I'd already deleted them...) The lips were too pale and shiny, so I tweaked the parameters and added in a bit of color using Skin Builder 3. The fingernails were more difficult. Ulimately, I turned off Top Coat and set refraction to .30, along with lowering glossy and increasing roughness. Because I wanted to share how well, (or not,) it turned out, I didn't tweak the parameters any further.
Here's the original finished render:

And here is the finished work, after using Viveza from the NIK Collection:

Here's a render I did of Bethany 7 and her new car.
I've got a couple of things I need to to to finish up the model conversion, but over all this RX-7 renders up really nice in Iray.
Doing testing for PhilW's Enhanced hair shaders and pretty happy with this.
Stephanie 5 (Genesis) with LAMH hairstyle I clumsily munged together (I'm not... thrilled with my skill using LAMH with the direct tools).
Mo from me series
It's getting interesting.. :)
Thanks the whole thing and much more on my D/A & Flickr pages

Thanks, funny stuff, and well done. Must have been a lot of work!
Been at rhis since 09 and it's always been my theme. It's served me well I also do decent at commissions which helps with supporting my personal DAZ & PC economy LOL
...reminds me of the setting from The Incredible Shrinking Man.
....no major rendering for the next couple days as we have a heat wave going on right now with temps approaching 100°.
Arizona has some frightening heat; pictures of mailboxes flopping over and recycle bins melting.
Not so bad here in Bay Area, though it hit 100 a week ago. Gulp
108 with a feels like temp of 115 in my backyard yesterday here in the Rio Grande Valley. Cooler today only 97 feeling like 106 right now
...that's rare for San Francisco, the winds need to be from just the right direction to cause that.to avoind the bay's chilling effects. I've been to Giants games at the old "Stick" in August where I had to wear a heavy coat (and I come from Oregon).
As to Arizona, American Airlines had to cancel about 45 flights the day it hit 120° as the planes used for those services (a specific model of regional jet, not the bigger planes they use) were not certified to operate in such high temps.
Be gld you are not in Death Valley, It is currently 128 ° with a forecast high of 131° (don't think I've ever seen a 130+° temp ever forecast not even in Iraq or Saudi Arabia, India or the Sahara).
Yikes it's already 97° in the "hood where I am and we are still about three and a half hours away from the hottest time of the day.
I used Geneva hair on a Gen3 character, and made it black. Looked black in my viewport, no problem. But when I rendered, her hair turned out with these weird white streaks! I've used Geneva hair before without this problem, what happened? DAZ-> Iray -> lit with ElianeCK's excellent Real Lights, which I've also used many, many times before without this effect.
Incredible SM land of the giants all the same theme
When I was a small boy in Chicago I remember riding on the church bus downtown and the bank thermometer said 110 degrees. At the time I couldn't read but my aunt read it so I still remember the white lightbulbs on the black sign saying 110º to this day. It was the 1st word I learn to read. HaHa.
Didn't come close to that for decades after until I live in Plano, Texas in the 1990s I used to go running and I remember their were massive forest fires in Central America for weeks that actually smoked up the skies in DFW and the temps in that time was like 100 - 110 for weeks. However that seems to have become a yearly occurance at least once a summer anymore in DFW. The heat, not the skies being clouded with smoke by forest fires.
I'm around 100 miiles south of Kyoto Kid, down I-5, and it was just as hot down here. We took a road trip to Albany to visit the MIL and watched the temps climb from 95º to 100º in the 40 minute drive. On the way back, several hours later, the lowest temp I saw was 98º and 101º the highest. As KK will attest, these temps are not all that common around here. We never really have time to acclimate our bodies, and because it's not common, air conditioning isn't a standard features for houses and apartments. Our (not-so-) little portable is working it's heart out to lower the temp a couple degrees in the living room.
Hang in there, KK... should be back to normal in a few days! (Fingers crossed!)
I was pool side for 4 hours gettin that Mexico tan back..
Here's another car render. It's fun setting up the materials, and getting the paint to look similar to stock colors.
