I like that lighting, too! How could you not save that?!!! Ouch! Hopefully, you can recreate it. It's beautifully done.
Who else picked up Aiko 7 when there was 66% discount on her today? : )
nice
Thanks for pointing that out! She is a cutie.
...really cute.
Heck yeah! 70% D here. Don't know exactly what I'm going to do with her, but now that she's in the stable, I'll think of something. Just like Girl 7 actually works well when you add her head morph into other morphs, I'll have to see what subtle changes Aiko 7 will make to a few of the morphs I have. Sometimes by just spinning dials you can get something really fantastic and original.
...I would have, but only have a 5$ store credit balance and no other money to add at the moment. 15$ and change still isn't a bad price (no longer a PC+ member to get the 70% discount).
Sneaky... but effective. Thank you for sharing how you did that.

So I hovered my mouse on the little square under 'base Image' in your screenshot expecting the tooltip to pop up . . . D'oh!
I do that on occasion too :) It is the .jpg from the Skydome from the Winterland set
Wow, that looks awsome. Love your colours in that too btw.
Where exactly do I drop the files for that head, they aren't in the usual format I'm used to manually installing content in Daz in?
Thank you MattyManx :) Here's another Tofusan Dolly render wearing the MDD My Little dolly skin :)
Since working with DAZ, I find myself trying to rotate images I see online, especially at DAZ where the image is a 3D render!
@Mattymanx "Thought I'd finally share this full screen version of one of my promos"
Are you participating in the PA sale (longing for Llamaghini Amenazador Version 2)? I have version 1, but V2 and the add-on is something else!
....this would be great for a toon version of Harley.
Ack, I couldn't find the thread! It had fallen back a page. Here's my latest in Iray. I just uploaded it to my gallery last night before going to bed. I was playing around with tone mapping again. I like how this one turned out.
Another test of upcoming shader pack (which I'm trying to finish up this week). I didn't bother changing the eyes over, the eyelashes are (as always) still texture mapped, and the hair uses UHT. Everything else is WTP shaded.
I'm pretty happy with some recent things I've added to give more texture to cloth and similar.
Oh, also, that's Merimay dress run through a dynamic cloth modeler.
That's really pretty Will!
I was originally intending more of a spinning-out dress, but decided I liked the look of that well enough. ;)
Love the colours once again. I downloaded the doll but have yet to try her out. Thank you for pointing her out.
Yes I am. :)
She needs a gypsy caravan to be dancing by.
Dungeon Keep
Nice reflections in the water. It has a nice creepy feel to it. :)
I really like the rugby outfit set that I bought with my DAZ Original Discount this month. It was actually a 300MB download! As far as this render goes I like it but maybe because I like rugby. I like the way the caricature feels 'almost 3D' against the background. Of course I didn't do that on purpose, that's just the way the render turned out.
In the future I am going to try my hand at creating caricatures of old baseball stars. I've tried to already create some caricatures from old black & white photos but it hasn't worked too well yet. I may need to combine technical SW with my own eyesight and morph dials to get something that is a good likeness. Even though I'm not old enough to have seen the really big baseball stars play, oddly enough they are more recognizable to me and most people than the modern stars. I collected baseball cards as a boy for a few years but stopped when it became too expensive like comic books became too expensive.
@algovincian That looks great, Greg. I really like that visor and that subtle bloom under her index finger. The lit visor in particular really draws your eye to her face - lovely work!
Two of the latest using Streets of Asia 3 lit by Sun and Sky Only.
Thanks, Diva. The visor was kind of an afterthought (inspired by watching The Abyss again recently), but I like it, too. Super easy to do in Iray.
I'm still struggling with adding some ground fog/dust to this image that interacts properly with the use of a backdrop. I think I'm going to give up on using volumetrics to do this, and try to accomplish it instead with custom shaders & scripts.

What's concerning is I've seen algae blooms in water that green in real life.
The picture's really pretty though. I always found it funny that tigers love the water, at least based on my few visits to the Washgton, DC and other zoos.
Epic Godrays, everything else uses WTP shaders (now live!)
