    Arg!  The Southern Charm sale is so frustrating!  80% off so many nice things (ok, well 4 that I want).  But I don't like any of the Southern Charm trigger items!

    Yeah, it's not really worth it if you're buying an item that you don't want. Doesn't really save any money that way.

    In that case, let my (supposedly) last post on this thread be ... after an all day long game of Shopping Cart Jenga, it feels great to win. Case in point, for the past several months I have been collecting the free textures for outfits that were given away ... today, the sales stacked well so that I bought most of the actual outfits to go with the textures around  90% off!

    I'm just the oppposite. I've got five items wishlisted from that sale! But nothing from the 80% off categories to tempt me enough to buy any of them. After the Christmas Day marketing fiasco, I made a promise to myself to not buy something when it was released unless I actually need it, (or it was stupid cheap, like under $6 for three HD addons.) No more spending hundreds of dollars every month on "speculation." I figure I can afford stuff full price, if necessary, if I only buy what I need when I need it... And still spend less money in the long run.

    Yep, I really liked the antbellum mansion but I didn't see much in either the M4/V4 or RDNA sale items that I really "needed" and didn't already have.

    I met a guy in high school who was one day younger than me. And I have a cousin who was born at the end of February and another who was born a few months earlier, just enough to be a year ahead in school. All three sisters, mom and my two aunts, who were pregnant at same time!

    I thought http://www.daz3d.com/tapered-hair-for-genesis-genesis-2-and-genesis-3 was fantastic. But wishlisted it due to the low discount on other stuff. These days, I'm saving store credit and an un-activated gift card (do those expire?) for March Madness.

    Yes. One year after they are purchased. Store credit does not expire. If you have the willpower to not use your store credit, I'd say go ahead and activate that gift card!

    Hmmm ... I used the Poplar Trees Collection from one sale and the Skinny Jeans and Corset Outfit Textures and Vanessa Marquise Outfit Textures from another as my triggers ... then I looked for M4 and V4 items that were also DO in the vendors of those sales. The The La Paz Outfit, The Sacred Rouge Outfit, The Movie Dress, as well as some hairs and other items came out well. I was not really taking screen shots except the final result which does give a sample.

    Yes, they do. They are valid for one year. Once turned into store credit, they do not expire. That is: the store credit does not expire, the giftcard does.

    Gift cards do expire.I'm not sure but I think the time limit on gift cards may be 1 year.  However, all you need to do is convert it to store credit and then the credit won't expire.

    Well, we definitely need a cool, shiny new thread soon! I can't live without my Daz sale friends and shopping talk! No one at my house understands my excitement over stacking discounts and holiday banners! (Or why I need dragons, ninjas and 50 pairs of virtual shoes!)
