save notes with scene

Is there something like a notepad tab addon to take notes of what one did on the scene and save it with the scene file?

Frankly, the benefit of Notepad or any other external file editor is you don't need to load the DUF into DS in order to read the notes. I use LibreOffice and I have spreadsheets and word processing documents with plenty of Daz notes inside. Being able to look at the data for multiple scenes at the same time without loading anything into DS is important to me. Even a Google Doc must be better than that.

Now, if you just name a sentence or two, you can just name a Group or Null node using a sentence.

I've never used it, but if you've been around long enough to have this 2022 Christmas freebie, I believe that is its intended purpose: https://docs.daz3d.com/public/read_me/index/88000_88999/88154/start

You can also do it with my super save. Not sure this is exactly what you are looking for, mine is dedicated to see all scenes of a same "scene".

Try it, better than a notepad.

Lately I've tried saving all of the items in a scene as part of the filename. I've also tried saving a description in the exif data. I've come to realize I need to save the data every way I can.

I've done that before but the tweaks on some characters keep evolving. I really should document externally. Navigator: I tried Obsidian twice, it's not meant for me. V3D's thing is on wishlist now.
