Write Anywhere Plus Advanced LIE and Aging Tools is a complete toolbox to turn any object into a living canvas. It is not just about writing text, adding a pattern wherever you want, and aging them as you like; it is a full workflow designed to be simple, creative, and flexible, whether you are a beginner or an advanced user.

The whole system is based on Decal Nodes. This means you can write on any object or figure, flat or curved, without worrying about UV seams. Decal Nodes use an image projection method, so your text or pattern is projected onto the object. Each decal can be scaled, rotated, textured, or repositioned at will, giving you full control over look and placement. Beginners get the freedom to write anywhere without technical concerns, while advanced users can refine the projection mode for more optimized results.

Everything starts with the optimized decal creation and placement scripts. Dedicated scripts allow you to load them with their preferred orientation, drastically simplifying their creation, with a temporary map allowing you to preview the orientation, size, and deformation of your future text before you even type a single letter. Placing your writings becomes fast and precise, with constant visual control of the final result.

Once your decal is ready, the writing tool takes over. Choose any font, color, opacity, style, alignment, or line spacing to compose exactly the effect you want. You can write a single word, a full sentence, or multiple lines of text and even combine several decals with different fonts, colors, and opacities for richer compositions. To accompany your text decals with image decals, a bonus set of rebellious faces in stencil style, ready to apply as opacity maps, is also included and delivered as Smart Shaders. These intelligent shaders can either replace the Layer 0 of an existing LIE or be applied directly, making it easy to mix texts and patterns through decals.

Because every message, whether text or image, is carried by the Cutout Opacity channel, all the other properties of the surface (Base Color, Gloss, Bump, Normal, etc.) remain fully under the user control. This makes the decals perfectly compatible with additional effects and ideal candidates for cumulative damage or aging applied through LIE on Cutout Opacity.

To enrich your creations, a collection of 29 Aging Effects is provided as cutout Opacity LIE layers, plus one reset that cleans the LIE without removing Layer 0. These effects let you age your texts and patterns with a wide range of styles, from subtle to extreme. In addition, seven Base Color shaders calibrated to work seamlessly with texts and patterns are included: six swirling gradients to add depth to your designs, and one subtle dirt effect for extra realism.

The integrated LIE Tools bring advanced power into your hands. One tool automatically detects all surfaces and all properties using a LIE on your selection and gives you essential control of each layer: adjust individual opacities, scale and placement, tweak the gamma, and boost the global opacity of the LIE (even beyond 1). This combination of controls allows you to create a wide variety of aging results from the very same base LIE, especially by browsing the wide gamma and global opacity range available. A second tool lets you bake your effects with multiple output options (naming, location, auto-apply). Two cleaners are also included: a global cleaner that can selectively remove LIEs from cutout opacity, base color, or all channels of a material, and a fast cleaner dedicated specifically to V3D Decal Nodes, acting only on cutout opacity.
