..still finding items in the OS at full price even after I put them in the cart,
I'm done buying DAZ products for awhile.
I'm slowly getting my life and affairs back together.
I will be getting a "Payee" to handle my finances.
I have several doctor appointments coming up. That includes a scan of my head and brain, and a surgery that is 20 years overdue.
On the positive side, all of my friends love my artwork, stories and poetry.
Most of them don't have computers. I print out everything for their enjoyment.
Oh, and the weird thing is that I'm shrinking. I've lost 2 inches in my height. That may be due to my Degenerative Disc Disease. Oh, I've lost a total of 16 pounds since June!
Because it's the old selection that should be out of OS. There seems to be a glitch (and it's been reported). You can find new Outlet items only by looking in your wishlist and sorting low to high, or on the main store (in this case, Utiltarian's bookmarklet might help to narrow the prices just to OS prices to sort out other cheap items).
Many items changed from LERACY back to CLASSIC. Is this time magic?
We get a decent priced Magic Brush bundle again today.

Sometimes spending money for no real use is good for the well being. But only if the rest of the life does not suffer from it. This here is a luxury that nobody needs.

I also really like today's Golden Ticket; it's a great bundle (5 items) that went straight into my cart as soon as I saw it. Has anyone used it yet? I can't buy any more items today, so I'm wondering how long the discount on PA from owning a GT lasts—just as long as it appears on the promotion page, or even longer?
As long as it appears as a Golden Ticket on the promotion page: as an example, tomorrow, Feng's goblin will stop counting as a golden ticket.
I think those items being in legacy was a glitch as they were also showing in classic at that time. A welcome glitch, I must say.
the bundle today is an awesome deal, other than I don;t do such young looking models. Suppose could age her a bit though. Yeah, i was surprised at the legacy deals today. Older than older stuff , for the most part. When the new arrival was a G3 item I figured those great deals were all but gone in that category.
Maybe, I had hoped they would stay there as the best bargains were in that category. Makes the rest of the sale a lot less interesting if Legacy is just G3 or older, not much I want there.
...indeed as yesterday evening I was even finding G9 content in the Legacy selection.

So far this has been a pretty good event as Sunday and yesterday the golden ticket has been an environment set that I can and will use Hope that keeps up as along with the 30% Featured Artists banner I've been getting some pretty nice deals, Got the entire ROG Fantasy Home set for 13.41 USD along with a few other items (all below 3 USD). Yeah, splurged a little and actually got 4 tokens on Monday.

Is it just my memory lapsing, or were things cheaper during the previous PA Month sales? Wasn't there some punch system where you accumulated discounts by buying each day, or am I mixing it up with another sale?
Things may have been cheaper, but a lot has happened in the past year. Everything is more expensive so it's not surprising that some of the discounts aren't as deep. Still, there have been some really good bundles for $3.99 or $2.99 during this year's sale. We're only at the very beginnng of the sale, there could be a lot more good deals on the way.
In my area of the country the price of everything has increased, and some very drastically. People are taking a massive hit in their disposable income, including PA's, so unfortunately prices have increasted a bit.
I understand the need for PAs to raise prices. What I don't like to see is higher prices or even the same prices, with reduced content. I've seen artists on other sites reduce their content with the same or higher prices. Sometimes it takes the form of splitting content into separate packs (for example, morphs sold separately from the clothing) or just fewer morphs for the same price.
Yeah... Not a criticism... Just a practical question... Everything around me has increased in price (except my income), so I'm quite aware of inflation... So, I get everyone trying to earn more -- unfortunately, in real-world economics, when you raise prices above market balance, you end up earning less, not more.

Still mostly purchasing os/qg items. That works for my budget and requires no cart jenga.
I think you're mixing it up with another sale. March Madness, Christmas month sale, and Daz Anniversary sale come to mind as all have "buy something every day to accumulate discounts over 3 days" (with the exception of the anniversary sale that had you collect freebies last year rather than making you buy, and this was very generous). But even with them, the discount was the same, around 30-35% off if I remember correctly, so PA sale is "better" in the way that it gives you 30% off straight, and you didn't have to buy anything the previous day, because just having a Golden Ticket in your cart is enough.
What might be at play is the floor discount for the Golden Ticket. So a cheap legacy item that is already 80% off is going to be capped at $2.99, even though that 30% would make it lower. You can further lower it with the orange banner coupon (though on some days, it didn't go below the 2.99 cap) and tokens, but you're starting at that 2.99 level versus, let's say, $2.10 the item might be without the floor price, so it might feel more expensive.
Last year there were a couple of "oops" sales where DAZ accidentally double discounted a huge chunk of the store, so there WERE some much better deals, but only if you happened to catch them. That said, I think, if you use tokens, this year's new items may actually work out cheaper on average than last year's, while the orange bar discounts on the extended Featured Artist stores can be exceptional as well if you're willing to put in the time searching the store.

Considering that not all PAs live in the same area, why are there global price increases here in DAZland?
