They changed QG to UTC a long time ago. SilverGirl has been posting to the QG thread weekly to remind us to check out before then for quite a while. (Thank you to her!) Watch out because IIRC, Outlet Store is also on UTC time, nd usually changes over before the beginning of the month.

This still must have been fairly recent as a couple weeks ago as after 23:00 local time on Sunday where I live (00:00 "Daz time"), OG either had no items showing or everything was still listed at full price.
It shows on the store page at full price, but it goes in the cart correctly.
This always happens before Daz midnight. The prices are correct in your cart. And that's not when you click the cart button. It's when you specifically look in the cart itself.
I don't think anyone's 100% sure of when it's supposed to change anymore, but It's been changing at UTC Midnight/7 PM EST for quite some time now... there's an entire thread devoted to OS and QG, https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/730986/outlet-and-quick-grab-discussion#latest . where SilverGirl issues a warning every Sunday to remind people to buy early before the changeover.
For the last couple of months they've changed the QG inventory (and OS, at the month change) at UTC midnight. Initially the display price is full price, but it's correct in cart. Come Daz Midnight, the store display prices update. Sure, it'd be nice if the prices displayed properly right off the bat, but we're no longer needing to wait and beg and prod for the selection itself to update (with the exception of that one stretch where the previous week hung in there way too long) so personally, I count it a win.
Quick Grab refresh changed to UTC midnight back in May, and has been consistent changing at that time since (minus the 1.5 week when there were issues and it didn't change at all) which SilverGirl generously sends reminders of every Sunday in the OS/QG thread. It's also normal that the price show full price in QG, but they are correct in the cart, and they update at Daz midnight.

Recently the price is also correct in the popup when you add to cart. I use this as a fast way to see the QG price on Sunday evenings.
So, last night, I went ahead & picked up a Premier month after a couple weeks' break because I decided to go ahead and get some of the Isabella items. I thought I still had my August bundle & DO coupons but I had used them before my last sub ended. Poor me, I have to wait until tomorrow to do that. Off to OS.
I'm probably beeing a bit salty here but why Saint-by-Saints for the final artist of a "Mega Sale"? They only have 20 products in their catalog and only 8 of those are part of the 40% off promotion.
Just saying SbS wasn't on my final day of sale bingo card.
I'm confused. What final artist for what "mega sale"? I'm not aware of either SbS being a "final artist" for anything or any kind of "mega sale" ending today. Am I missing something?
Historically, Published Artists sale lasts whole September, sometimes starts early (like this and previous year), and sometimes even runs into into October, which is Daz Anniversary month (like the last year and I think the year before that too).
Edit: I'm guessing you might be referring to the organge banner that says "end of month mega deals". The way I read it is "mega deals for end of the month" which to me is just the usual marketing gibberish, and it has nothing to do with the PA sale ending (as it just started) nor it makes SbS the final artist.

The dashes separate different parts of the announcement. There's no mention of the PA being a final artist. Just that there are "mega deals" that are occuring at the end of the month. Which it is.
[My Giddy Goodness]? There were special artists for the last week who had Golden Items for sale that gave the PAs special status.
PW Productions, Lilflame, OutOfTouch, Magic Brush, etc, PAs with hundreds of assets who, if you purchased their stuff in the featured artists store, you got 40% off instead of 30% off. Saints-by-Saints was the only one among these featured artists who also provided Golden Items who had such a tiny store.
Do I make any sense now?

Found some nice deals and had a cart for roughly $65 ready, then it jumped for no apparent reason to $88, eg one item going from $.97 to $1.43.
Clearing the cart now. Going for GT and some QG, but otherwise I am out.
I've found the opposite today. Browsing through my WL and randomly throwing stuff in the cart - EVERYTHING discounted even further by over 25% before adding tokens. Most of the items I chucked in had 95+% discount, nothing less than 88%, after tokens. Possibly an unintended glitch but I've purchased it all now.
Ended up with 52 items for $57 across two orders.
No, it still doesn't make sense, to be honest. Nowhere there is "final" or any kind of "mega sale" ending which you mentioned in the initial post. Just another artist with a smaller shop during the festival as today's changeover shows.
Forget the word final. Forget the word mega-sale. I'm saying the super featured artist of that day had 8 item in the featured artist list. Compare that to the other super featured artists of prior days and it pales in comparison.

Why would I forget about them if they were in your initial post and that was what I was asking about? And that was what was unclear?
"Naming conventions" do matter to me as they lead to clear communication, but since the parts I asked about turned out to be not important at all, I guess the topic has been exhausted.
Today, the legacy item has many more items. Yesterday it was 65% off, today it's 80% off.
The "Cruising With Discounts" clause made the price of the item I wanted to buy increase...

Some great pricing on Feng's store. I've actually bought some G9 characters, they worked out too cheap to pass up. Nice to see some more realistically aged characters.
to me, it appears today is the actual 1st day of the PA sale. The other has been pre-sale (my wording).

The pre-sale was a week long. And as someone else said kicking off 2026 is eight months late. :)

interesting, but I found a couple of my WL items at 80% off. They went into my cart at 86% off. I added todays gold whatever, and the discount did not change, so I took it out. Don;t need it anyway. I only have 2 tokens, and still have the banner 30%off. HOWEVER, it appears the minimum price is $2.99, so more discounting does not matter all that much.
ON ANOTHER TOPIC - There are only 2 character bundles listed n the Premier free bundle area. Well, 6, but I have 4 of them. Hopefully something gets added.

Some PAs just have smaller stores than others, I don't think there is any minimim back-catalogue required to be a Golden Ticket provider.
There were only 8 items available to the 40% savings. The feels much too small.
And I said I might just be being salty about this. I shouldn't complain there was a sale. But given the prior sales had a lot of choices it was a bit of let down.
