    That may be although they have discounted them based on owned items in the past. The fact that I got the pop up saying it would be discounted based on items owned seems to indicate that should be the case. I just want clarification which it should be. I will remove it from my cart if they are not discounted.

    Actually in the past the same issue has applied. If the price is fixed at a specific value, as seems to be the case here or in Outlet/Quick Grab, then that overrides the regiular price and so overrides any discount to the regular price for already owning parts of the bundle.

    The track punches here is back. And there's nothing about punches in the link (order history).

    But yesterday, it said "You have 10 punches." right on the sale page.

    Is it intended that the member festival bundle has a fixed price immune to any other discount, including tokens?

    I put the current one in my cart, applied tokens but the price stayed at 12.99.

    Probably. Last time they did one of these Festival Bundles in a sales month, they were all or nothing, no other discounts.

    Why can I earn 10 Daz Tokens if there is no place to use them. Tried in Windows 11 and Windows 7.

    My bad. It comes down to this,, I must have never burned all my tokens down to zero as I used my last 6 yesterday by accident. I placed an order for $2.10, had a $1.99 item and a freebie. but forgot to remove the tokens when I removed some items in my cart. I guess it would be nice if the site could have notified me that there is nothing to apply the tokens to instead of just wiping them all out. Today I'll have to dump some items while I build up tokens again. 1 or 2 at a time.

     Try a customer service ticket.

    You should file a ticket. I was given 8 tokens back a while ago for a similar reason. You would probably need to show the order so they can track the transaction.

    Just a thanks & FYI. 

    I submitted a ticket and didn't notice I wasn't logged in. Zendesk simply verified my email & let the ticket go through. I think this is a great improvement. It's easy to forget that you might not be logged in with Zendesk when you're logged into the store/forums, and it can be hard for newcomers to figure out where to sign in for tickets.

    It is in Messages and is still in mine. It worked for me before changeover.

    Today's free item with 1+ punches & LIBRARY-AUGMENT code: 

    The items in carousel on today's sale page aren't the ones on the linked selection page. The items on carousel look like a set from earlier in the week.

    It was a flash sale from earlier and is no longer active.  apologies it was not removed from sight.

    Did you mean to use LIBRARY-AUGMENT to get one item free? The other code you listed is the one to use if you already own all of the offered items.

    Mods, could you refer a question up? The question is, do you lose all your punches if you don't make a purchase on a given day? That's the way it's worked in the past, but it says nothing about it this year, and they have made the change that you can just keep accumulating punches, so I thought it would be worth asking.
