Closest you'll have is  FG Police Station | Daz 3D .  You can then combine with eye doctor elements from FG Examination Room | Daz 3D  or i13 Doctor's Office Environment with Poses | Daz 3D

Heh. Expired registration tags are common enough around these parts that the running joke is "new plates, why bother?" 

But if Vicky 9 wants to take a number and a seat, perhaps the Municipal Building could come in handy?

With some tweaks, I'd bet that either New Bank or Local Bank could fit the bill for interior scenes. Both have a waiting area and a row of 'stations' for individual customer/staff interactions. That's similar to how my DMV is set up.
