    It includes internal rooms, lighting, a bench, simple venetian blinds, a chair, a desk bell, and a front desk.

    The external areas include a main building, 3 support buildings with internal garages, a main external sign with morphs that change the wording to either sheriff, police, coroner, court, or morgue, CCTV, bush, ladders, grass, railings, streetlights, 2 trees, and weeds. All doors can open. There are 14 camera presets.

    The 3 render lighting options include high noon, night, and evening.
