Yes, orange banner is still visible here too.

Artist Goodies and Artist Trophies with a Saver new release are pretty strong deals imo (if the items appeal, some are pretty avant garde) I recommend to always cart test with tokens as well.

I just used the banner code and it worked. I only picked up one item though from QG. The "Artists' Sales at the top of the page, well I ignored them at first, found a FE hair that was a new release and put it in my cart. Went into their sale choices and blew up my cart and then thought about March Madness coming, so removed those wishlisting them. Kept the new item. Kept the QG and coupon. After reading the thread here, I went back to the artists offerings. I didn't find much in one, but in the 5 for $4 I found some FE bundles (at $49.99 each) I had not bought for G9. They went into my cart and with 3 tokens, dropped to $3.28 each. My cart is now at $33.64.

I hope this helps @kyoto kid.

  • In case anyone reading is new:

Clicking the X does make the banner go away, if you don't want to see it. It's also a good idea, since it is possible to have other banners beneath it.

Theoretically, click it away will keep a given banner from showing again, but, Daz being Daz, sometimes you'll need to do it on 2-3 pages before a given banner doesn't reappear. Don't worry, the banner info isn't lost. It will be in Messages, in the upper right corner drop-down by the cart icon.

The orange banner sale is great, I got 3 items from QG (2 for $0.49 and 1 for $0.99) and 1 from OS for $2.49 (a bundle) for a total cost of $4.46. All of these items were already on my wish list, so great!

I had like 55 items in my cart last night from the Outlet and QG. I wasted hours thinking "do I really need this one or that one?" Then I remembered how my hard drive space is quickly filling up with each massive haul, if I keep this up I am going to need to add more hard drive space soon. So today I emptied the cart of all but 3 items that I really wanted and checked out. I deleted the rest of the items from my wishlist when I realized there is no reason for them to be there if I don't really want them even at these rock bottom prices. Probably not the result that Daz wanted from giving me an orange banner.

Until last week I was in the same situation- the drive for my DAZ assets was gettig close to filling up. It was holding about 6 or 7 years worth of DAZ purchases, and all this time I had thought it was a 2Tb drive. Turns out it was only a 1Tb drive. Just a few days ago I replaced it with a 4Tb drive. My DAZ accumulation will continue!

I had to buy a membership to make the pricing work the way I want and I had a $26 prepaid card from one of those class action settlements. So, I bought the membership and the card paid for my binge. I have 2 cents left from the GC I bought with the prepaid card. I ended up with 30 items including https://www.daz3d.com/gyrowheel-spin-bundle , https://www.daz3d.com/arcane-enchantress-bundle and https://www.daz3d.com/moriah-the-conjurer-bundle . Invariably, I see items I could have, would have swapped or something, but cart jenga is tiring and I'll get them another time. Now I have a $6 coupon and a couple tokens to mess with.

32 items for $22. 94-98% off.  I shouldn't think there's any more ancient environment-content remaining for me to buy cheeky

(And I do find refreshing the textures on the older scenes a relaxing and enjoyable few hours - so looking forward to using a fair few smiley )

A nice present after a few weeks of fairly average... waiting for a big one... sales - thanks Daz yes

...178 USD for under 10,  Not a bad deal for being the "basic" level.

    Sunday's offerings....meh.

...well more confusing details this time on the Artist Goodies category as there is not description on how to get the 1$ price.  Simply putting two items in the cart doesn't do it, there is no coupon code, and nothing about needing a new release to unlock the discount.

The line breaks make reading the sentence in one go a bit more complicated than it should be (but they have to take into account smartphones and tablets), but it's not that difficult to understand what you're supposed to do:

Get 2 for $1 each† AND $2 off* any "Saver" New Release if you get them together

...doesn't clarify their first statement. So what unlocks the 1 USD price?

Ah, never mind, the offer expired.

I'm dyslexic. I have bad arthritis that makes it difficult to enter even a simple comment, and I'm not paid to do so, but I still strive to make what I say here clear and under understandable.

So what unloacks the 1 USD price?

Maybe they could have written it in reverse order but the 'if you get them together' feels clear enough:

If you get them together, get 2 for $1 each AND $2 off any "Saver" New Release

It's just the usual 'get a new release, get a discount on older item' scheme Daz is using almost every single day.

The offer is still active: https://www.daz3d.com/artists-sale

..,,they need to properly explain their conditions as it borders on dedeptive advertising..  Not interested in playing "guessing games".

There is no guessing here: reading the sentence in one go is giving us all the informations we need.

...it should have said up front somthing like "Buy a new release to get two items for 1$".

The "†Discount does not stack with other offers" condition is for the 2 items for 1$ each.

The "*Items must be simultaneously in cart for discount apply" condition is for the second offer of 2$ off on a "Saver" new release."

I have a dozen ssd external 4 to 8 tb drives so no storage issues here despite owning 4 TB of zipped DAZ DIMs. Had an orange banner and filled a cart, but despite spending an hour dumpster diving and salvaging 8 items . . . I skidded to a stop and thought why buy lesser versions of similar things I already own? Why settle and buy what does not wow me? So despite having tokens and a decent store credit I decided to say no thanks to quantity and hold out for quality.

DAZ is hilarious. no? Everyone talking too many hallways and the DAZ+ freebie is what? A hallway...and a minimalist hallway at that Future Minimalist Hall | Daz 3D
BUT..can anyone see the new release DAZ+ items? I can't in the main store list. I'm not a member so can;t go there. I do keep track just in case I decide to renew at some point.

  • TorquinoxTorquinox Posts: 4,558

@daveso you should be able to see here even without a membership, but prices will be higher for non member https://www.daz3d.com/daz-plus/

i and you should still have the Daz+ only filter on the store page. Again, prices will be higher for non member

The Sci-Fi Data Room, which is marked as Free in the store, is not free when added to the cart.

This morning's DAZ Member Deals newsletter advertised a different supposedly free item, Future Minimalist Hall, which is not free either, but priced at $16.99.

    It's last week freebie.

Jack Tomalin spoke about a bigger problem they were working to solve a couple of hours ago, likely the one preventing the main store page from refreshing.

Well done Daz on a flash sale that makes things more expensive. 60% off or $5.99 each........loads of the items are below 5.99 with just the 60% discount and become MORE EXPENSIVE if you apply the code. So no, I won't be spending money on a new release in order to make my cart more expensive, thanks

I used 2 orders, one with the coupon for some over $5.99 iterms and another with no coupon for some under $5.99 items. But I noticed that using tokens didn't reduce the $5.99 couipon items but it did reduce the non-coupon ones, so for anything just over $5.99 it might be cheaper not to use the coupon.

Perhaps there was a problem with the store. Otherwise, no idea.

I actually put 4 new items in my wishlist this morning, awaiting a future sale. That LOD thing looks interesting, and Code66 Lopi script, plus the HD eyes and neck morphs.... Someday I might buy them. We shall see how it goes.

this is a nice feature from another store, isn't it .." Coupon valid until Thursday 2/12/2026, 11:59 PM (cst)"

By itself, yes. In practice, that store has a way of nerfing its deals so you rarely get too good of a deal. Some vendors don't take coupons and that's a buzzkill. The notification coupon is usually 20% off $20 or more, though 25% off $25 or 30% off $30 also pop sometimes. There are other variations. The catch is, you mostly can't get better than net 70% off because of the way surrounding sales are structured. Sometimes you can do a little better, but that's an amazing occurrence these days. And some of the items are new, but many are a decade old or older. Why are those still so expensive? Grass is always greener, right?

Sales are still best here, but I do shop there because they have some items that interest me. I like the work of some of the vendors there. It's just, you'd be amazed how often a better sale here derails my intent to spend money there. I've explained this to their management, too. It's all improved some since then - Not like it once was, though. It's the way of things. I think here is sort of like a big box store and there is more of a boutique, all within the confines of what we have to consider a niche. It's just the store component here seems a bit messed up where their store component seems well-oiled by comparison, even if I am still waiting for the February Prime newsletter to drop and it's 2/11 now. surprise

i was more referring to an actuall date and time of expiration. Right now though, there are items at 50% off that also take the coupon, so its not too bad a discount, not close to what is possible here though. Even here though, with the not stacking and minimum pricing, a lot of what we used to get not happening anymore. The flash sales and similar often result in better deal, obviously depending on how its written up.

@daveso I understood that and wanted to add context. 50% does not excite me. YMMV. I usually go in on the better flash sales - even those are not all created equal.
