Missing files and Grey boxes problem!

Hi everyone, i installed Daz 3d and got some content to add them into software but when i try to load them they appear like grey boxes and shows up an error: missing files and... Also i've installed contents in the right place (c:users:documents:daz3d:studio:my daz3d library/my library) but nothing has worked for me :( Can anybody help?
