    'Newly mad' release discounts do not seem to apply:

    Okay, pasted images don't work, I can see them while editing, then they are gone.

    For testing I added 'Body Wraps - Camouflage' to my card: 70% plus Gold Star discount, overall discount 76%

    Then I added 'War Birds Furniture Collection' from todays 'Newly Mad' releases - price for 'Body Wraps' does not change.

    What level of discount do you have on a new release ?

    If you have over 50% on a non Daz Originals (like the nurse uniform), you have both discounts related to the gold star (the 50% on new releases and the 5/10/20% gold star discount).

    If you have over 30% on a non Daz Originals, you only have the 5/10/20% discount.

    And if you have 30% on a non Daz Originals, you don't have any discount related to the gold star.

    The 50% base discount on new releases are now active but it was not a couple of minutes ago.

    The person you reported Yacomo's problem likely fixed whatever was preventing that 50% base discount to be applied :)

    Please tell Daz to update the page where you can purchase Yellow tokens to make it clear that the plugin is (currently?) Windows-only, especially since the tokens are non-refundable.

    edit: apparently the "windows-only" mention is in fact present but hidden in the "Additional product information" section that I (and probably a lot of customers) didn't even see. It really needs to be much more apparent.

    This appears to have been fixed overnight.

    The child/teen/elder shapes that used to be included have been removed from both bundle and store. (The links remaining in the Add-on What's Included go to Oops! pages.) Many of the alt shapes for other core characters (even the limited time only ones) are now available, so was this an oversight? If it's not, the Description and What's Included need updating.

    It's like that since they re-introduced the time limited shapes: Snow Queen 9's and Olivia 9's alternate shapes are not currently available as independant products. I reported it here and Chris Palomino has forwarded it to Daz.

    I think the problem is the oops pages and that should you buy either HD Addons, you'll get the alternates shapes, for a couple of reasons:

    • They are listed in both the description and the what's included section
    • They are renders of these shapes on each bundle's page.

    I know each of these reasons could be mistakes, but these bundles were just recently created when they revamped their whole line-up of Genesis 9 bundles.

    After two days of asking and no mod responding, it doesn't matter now since the store is no longer on sale.

    New releases over 2 days old but less than 2 weeks old no longer have the 30% new release promotional discount that new releases normally have for two weeks. For example:  https://www.daz3d.com/xi-street-of-mumbai ; Is this intended or a glitch that should be fixed?

    The 'Recently Mad Items' are advertised on the main sales page as 30% off, but the items are showing at 25% off. The Newly & Still Mad items show correctly at 30% off.

    Has anyone tried the grab bag at the top of the sale page? I'm DAZ+, but it's only giving me the price shown on 5, rather than 7 products.

    On a separate note, has anyone had their tokens disappear? I had five, earned one week ago. that I'd planned to use today, but they've evaporated. The tokens page still says two weeks--did I miss a change in terms?

    Are you sure you didn't have tokens applied to a freebie order after some cart-juggling? They don't get cleared if you empty the cart.

    All 'purchases' since Friday (Freebies and paid for) are not showing as 'Purchased' for me in the shop when I go back to the sale page for the item, nor do they show as purchased in the catalogue list of items for sale. The two paid for items were with a mad door prize coupon, the freebies were not. All items 'purchased' on or before 21 Feb 2025 show as purchased. All items 'purchased' on or after 7 March 2025 do not register as purchased on the sale page. I have no evidence on the dates between. All items shown correctly in the product library. There is just a risk of duplicate purchases. Regards, Richard
