    Is this the correct penthouse for the FG Penthouse Bundle https://www.daz3d.com/fg-penthouse or should it be this one from todays sale https://www.daz3d.com/fg-highrise-penthouse

    I'm asking because I alredy have the first one

    It looks like the bundle has the wrong one. We are talking with them about it now..

    Premier character bundle coupon for March not working for me - I've tried Lucas Bundle and a few others.
    Other Membership coupons appear to work.

    I tried it on the Thomas bundle from the link and it worked.

    Ah ok. Thank you! I didn't know there's a bundle rotation. I've thought monthly coupon would work on all available HD character bundles.

    I can't download a product in DIM, it keeps saying "retry" on https://www.daz3d.com/sport-club when I try to download it. All my other purchases I was able to download, but that one refuses to download for some reason. Do I need to open a ticket or can you guys look into it?

    I have it, it seems to be downloadign from my product library OK (from which it could be copied to the DIM Downloads folder) - once that is doen I will try deleting the actual DIM download, but in the meantime have you tried right-click>Delete Partial package and - to be sure - restarting DIM?

    Edit: actually, it is very slow - it is promising to take half-an-hour, which may just be busy servers in general but may also be a file-specific issue.

    Thanks for looking into it. the download finally succeeded today, seems things are back to normal now.

    None of the products by Havanalibere are discounted more than the gold star discount, even after being added to cart:

    Elor, when I only have one of their products in the cart, I get 20%. With a DNR, it's 44% for me (20+30%).

    From what I just checked, Havanalibere items in the 70% selection have the correct base discount. I don't know how to link one of the Mad Artists selection with an artist pre-selected, but I saw them on Havanalibere store:

    Not sure if it is an issue or just not stated anywhere and would just like clarificication. Does the Gold Star Discount not apply to the Yellow token packs?  According to the fine print Gold Star applies to the whole cart except Gift Cards, Memberships or Lcenses.  Are the tokens consider a Gift Card, Membership, or License? Does Tokens need to be added to exclusions?  Is the Gold Star discount valid on Tokens but not working.

     

    Steps taken (screenshots): Put the 260 token pack in the cart and showed full price with no discount on the 260 Token pack.  Wording of Today's Deal says "extra 10% off with New Item". Added a new item and the 10% came off. So that part works. Since it says "extra" that makes me think that the Gold Star Discount should be applied but isn't.  As a premier member who bought something in the previous 2 days shouldn't the tokens be $24 w/o a new release and then 10% off that for a new release.

     

    ETA: Forgot earlier but just tried and tokens do take a discount off.

    The Yelow tokens do not, aside from the free starter, discount by design - and because of the way the store is coded that stops other things from getting cart-wide discounts if they are in the cart together.

    Applying 8 DAZ Tokens discounted 30% off the 260 Yellow token pack to $21.00. 
    Note store credit can't be used if a Yellow token pack is in a cart. 

    Edit:  Add a 3/5/2025 Newly Mad Release knocks an additional 10% off dropping to $18.90

    Everything in AprilYSH's Mad Artist store has the appropriate, advertised discount except for Malise Hair, which has none. Is this intended?

    It is ridiculous that one cannot see in cart if that "Gold Star discount" is applied.

    Today for me it is not although I had a purchase on the 4th. What's the problem?

    Yes, I believe that this is happening to me also. I bought a new Daz+ item on Tuesday but am not getting a gold star discount today.
