Advent Calendar not working

I know some people are reporting punches going missing from their punchcard, but I seem to be having a different issue.

I had three punches (now two) and the advent items were shown (one free, and one reduced price), However when either was added to the cart they showed as their full undiscounted prices (neither was free or reduced). I added some recent products to see if it was dependent on other purchases, but no change. I have just observed the same with today's advent calendar (1st Dec). Its particularly frusrating as the free item is one I was about to buy! Are others having this issue, or am I doing something wrong in the process?

I just looked in my cart again, and it now seems to be miraculously working!  As result, please ignore the above, unless its relevant to you too. Hopefully I won't have the same issue recurring again, as I did miss the first day's offers.
