Each genesis have own Iray setup, just choice the character and click the Iray optimization you find it under Materials not mean The Uber Base

So that's a thing I should do for characters to be published?

No to be rendered , the optimization include some stuff you can't share so you have to clean or replace with your maps before sharing or publishing .
For example I load Olympia maps then apply the genesis 2 female optimization and it give ok results as all materials are converted to Iray , if you use just Uber base it will not do much and you ends with too shiny surface

I'll pick your brain for making shaders later ;)

    It looks good!

I guess it'll also fit scenes where one is laying on a bed with the head hanging over the side.

and also finer front line for a very close up ..
just had an idea in a moment and I was thinking you may like to test it out

Oooooooh, antigravity hair! I love fanciful hairdos like this! This calls for more 3Delight mats!!! Maybe a few morphs too!! I can't wait to get home to my computer...

I was obsessed with mermaids in my childhood , it was hard to get me out of the pool in summer times.
Sadly all l I remember was the clear bluish water and the hair in reflection ..
