In the Product Library, there was a nifty dropdown at the top with all tags the user have added. You could then pick one tag and quickly apply it to several products on the page. That doesn't seem to exist anymore, at least not for me. It's very cumbersome to add all tags manually if you use a lot of tags for each product as I do. Just want to add that I'm very happy the tag system is back to the Product Library.

I'm also missing this. Will it come back?

… New features and fixes include:

    • Fix quick filter location for product indexes
    • Heavily rework product library enhancements

Could you explain more what these two bullets mean? Like what features are affected?

The feature I am missing most right now is being able to see and enter tags/comments on the Wishlist page.

The bug that is annoying me most right now is that if I filter by tag in my Wishlist (this feature works like always), and then try to “filter” by “ALL ITEMS,” the whole Wishlist goes blank. I have to reload the page to see everything again.

Even with these inconveniences, Daz Deals retains a lot of value for me, well worth the subscription as long as the big blue “Hide this item” button works. It would be *amazing* if a tiny version of that button could appear on category pages, on or under the thumbnail, like the “Add wishlist button to category pages” does/did (now that Daz has cloned that feature into their own UI).

Are these new Quick Filters due to this browser add-on?

I just used a browser without the DAZ Deals plugin. It seems the answer is yes.

Yes, the ones with the blue underline are from the DazDeals extension.

Guys, the DAZ Deals plugin isn't working anymore. I'v installed it in both Crome and Firefox, logged in to my daz deals account (I'm a paying customer) and when I go to the email notification setting in the plugin preferences, everything is grayed out and I can't change any options. Also the plugin doesn't seem to unlock the pro features since at the top there's still the the message "Unlock pro features" although I'm already logged in to my account. What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: It's working now. I had to go to my wishlist first to get it working.

I'm glad it's all sorted out.

  • Is there hope of the custom user tags coming back? I ask with big, pleading eyes.
