I just bought 4 items, and when I opened DIM, while my existing installs show, the 'Ready to Download' tab is blank. Is something going on?
Update: I just did a refresh on DIM and not only did my 'Ready to Download' tab fill in with my new items, but a new Public Build and the add-ons did as well. Thanks whomever kicked the server.

I have a issue I put 3 items in my cart apply my PC coupon it works fine ,go to check out hit Amazon pay ,everything seems to work fine until I hit place order ,then it goes to Processing and the twirling circle of death starts , then it burbs and the cart empties ,but the circle of death is still going ,and this happens 3x's ....... so now what? Nothing in my cart nothing in my library ,on the plus side it didn't seem to charge me ,but it doesn't seem to want me to buy anything either ......OOPS I've now had 3 charges show up from Amazon Pay ...but still no items in my library and no order .......

I'm pretty new to Daz sales, are there any annual sales coming up I should save up for? The PC+ sale was a blast and I got a ton of things from my wishlist, in spite of store hiccups.
The Christmas Sale is usually from early/mid-to-end-of-December, and the next one after that is the March Madness event. That said, for the last few years there haven't been many days without some sort of sale offer on.
I've been looking for a PC+ membership sale for the past 6 months. Every year there used to be one around October, but I didn't see one this year. There was one for non-members, but I was a member at the time. Now my membership has expired :( Anyone know if there's a PC+ sale coming up?
Maybe I should have bought a couple years membership last time it was 35% off (this was last year though).
It was 70% off a few days ago. I wasn't interested in buying, so I didn't pay attention to the buy-in or other restrictions.
Yep, was 70% without much buying restrictions (think it was together with a new release). So unfortunately you've missed it but I'm sure there will be another one until the end of the year.
and how long has the weekly freebie required a new not just a purchase?
Well, the store settled quite quickly today it seems. Now the big question is whether checking out today or just waiting for tomorrows Black Friday. Would hate it to see a better offer then but as one needs the coupon code to unlock the free stuff with Drutherson 8 I guess any Black Friday promo will also probably come in the form of an additional coupon code so that only one can be used at a time?
I think the bundle names got mixed up. The Gnome of Gears has all the holiday-themed items, while Better Not Pout has the craft & steampunk items. Yes, it's minor compared to many other store issues (disappearing memberships, a large batch of incorrect deep discounts the other day, etc.) but it does show a lack of attention to detail. And, alas, I wouldn't be surprised if that lack has contributed to at least some of the more serious problems.
Two bundles both containing the Drutherson figure and you have to buy both to get the optimum discount??? And for the love of Pete, is some one in the DAZ marketing department secretly getting their jollies by raking over the older customers with all this fabricating "new" bundles that have old products in them? Especially when those products are ones that actually came WITH a previous G8M bundle? If DAZ can't adequately fill out the new bundles with enough new products to meet their release schedule, then maybe that's a sign that DAZ needs to try slowing down a little on the bundle release program. And hey, maybe if DAZ did that they could also start to get a handle on the QC issues.
No, it did NOT. The Gears bundle is supposed to get 30% off when bought with the other, then I got an additional 20% banner. So 35.99 x .70 (paying 70 percent) is 39.19 then x .80 (paying 80 percent) is 31.35 and I am getting 35.27 So it's not the 30% off, and not the 20% off either. The 35.27 doesn't match either of those.
So flag up that that isn't working unless I am not doing something right. I did 30% then 20% off that, as usual.
I think the bundle content is **maybe** correct, but what they show on the sale page is NOT what is in the bundle. You would get a rude surprise if you bought one of the bundles based on what is shown on the sale page. Look at the products shown on this sale page and then open the bundle page. Not the same.
You are right about lack of attention to detail. They blamed all the store troubles on the old store software. It is pretty clear that human carelessness is still a big big factor.

If anything, the problems have increased under the new software, making me even more skeptical about those who proudly trumpeted that it was ready to go. Seriously, it's been like watching Larry, Moe and Curly trying to put out a dumpsterfire...

Bundles are 80% off together in my cart, going to 55$ as well.
But I think if I add all offers it should be 84%.
Presumably, one of the banner offers is not being applied.
They are both 80% together and the addons become free. If you have the onsite, the Better Not Pout goes to 84%.
