    So can't download anything because purchased items is blank/ cannot be parsed, also strange that there's no proper account name in the log

    Should I write a tech support ticket ?

  • Day 8 of no access to my account. Friday, I finally got a response to my 5-day old ticket, but no difference by the end of the day. Since the US goes on holiday Thursday and Friday this week, I've got Monday thru Wednesday to get a solution, or I'll be out for two full weeks plus. Is that what the "plus" is for in Platinum Club Plus? I feel like I'm in the Pyrite Club.

    Is there a known issue with signing out when you visit certain pages. I've just tried to wishlist the new OutOfTouch hair, and it keeps telling me I have to be signed in. But I appear to be signed in and can see my wishlist.

    I was having the same problem with a product yesterday, don't recall exactly what I did, tried different things, but eventually I managed to get it to the wishlist.  Try to put it into the cart and then to the wishlist from there, I think that was one of the things I tried.

    Yes, that's a known (random) issue. Usually refreshing the product page a few times fixes it (wait before everything is loaded, even orange banners, before trying again to put the product in the wishlist), if it's not enough, a workaround is to put it in your cart then move it to the wishlist from the cart.

    Yes, please. I don't think you are the only person seeing this but it's by no means universal so it is quite possibly an account-specific issue.

    Tried logging out and in again, no joy.  I ended up adding the item to my cart, then moving it to my wishlist from the cart.  First time I've seen this particular issue.

    Also, the tiny forum icons (login, 'edit post button' etc) are still missing - been reported before I'm sure - latest version of Firefox BTW, but they've been missing for a bit now (since the upgrade).

    I had the same problem with https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-8-male-body-morphs, and tried the same workaround, put it in the cart and then move it to the wishlist.  But I just checked and it is not showing up in the wishlist, but the store page form the item says it is in my wishlist.

    Is the Wishlist displaying recent first? if so the morphs may well be near the end of the list.

    I had that happen. I wanted something from today's email added to my wishlist and it said I had to login but I was logged in. I decided to try navigating directly to Daz rather than following the email link and was able to add the item that way and it is in my wishlist and the store does acknowledge that.

    Fortunately that one does seem to be resolving.

    ...just put the Tweed Shaders in my cart with no issue. 

    A number of the situations mentioned here have not been happening in my case and not sure why as for almost a year I had issues with the IM not working properly(until the most recent update). 

    Save for the one instance where I couldn't use my card at the end of the PC+ sale (the technical issue was solved but still have an open sales ticket on that) and downloads failing (though that was occurring over a month before the store update) I have not experienced any of the troubles I've reading about in the last several pages.

  • Yeah, it was an issue around half an hour ago or so. I was able to start carting things... idk, maybe ten minutes ago? So whatever fix happened does seem to be propagating outward. I've usually been one of the later ones to see site changes kick in, even though I'm in CONUS, hopefully that means it's gotten to pretty much everyone by now

    With Daz, you can always be pretty sure that the problem is on their end, and has nothing to do with your cache, your cookies, or anything else you have control over.

    same here. It seems they are playing whack-a-mole. Pretty sure the wishlist problem just started a day or two ago....

    Well at least DAZ seems to have a good deal of control over our cash.

    No, maybe it just started for you a day or two ago, but others (including me) encountered it right from the start of the new store ...

  • The Daz Deals Browser Add-on provides an alternative method for adding an item to your wishlist. It puts an add-to-wishlist icon next to the add-to-cart icon under each item on the main shop page. It works even when wishlisting fails on the item page.

    I only learned that this was a Daz Deals thing and not a regular feature of the shop when the new shop software broke Daz Deals. I greatly missed that feature after the shop changed, and was relieved when an update to Daz Deals brought it back.

    Slightly irritating: The store lost the Daz3d logo in the upper left corner.

    The forum lost some (not all) user icons in the forums (Takezo as an example):

  • Is the search function broken or am I missing something? I used to be able to search a term and all different categories would come up such as clothing, scenes, structures etc so I could further refine, now these options are nowhere to be seen and I can't find items I used to be able to find easily. Where do I find this function now?

    I've given up on the store search for now. It returns a tiny portion of the products. Even the filters provide odd results.

    Yeah, I did a search for "bunny" and the new bunny suit didn't show up.  There seems to be a problem with some new items, perhaps those added after the switchover, not registering.  They don't show up in vendor shops, either.

    No I set to 120 per page and search on all five pages.  I gave up an purchsed it outright, problem solved!
