    @Kharma, The bulk of those were given away as Christmas/Holiday freebies in 2015. As with all PA freebies from the holidays, they are no longer in the store.

    @L'Adair thank you so much, I thought it was strange non of them were showing.  I download everything with DIM to the same folder so couldn't differentiate that these were freebies.

    Please don't do sales if the site is not working properly, Some interactive licensing purchase's are not displaying and there should be a description of the content for each interactive license purchased in the receipt of order. 20 years you say you been in business yet the invoice system stinks, please fix this immediately and have accurate product discriptions for all purchased items. That includes all Licenses tied to Bundles as licensing a bundle include all content in that bundle, some bundles are not showing the content listed in the bundle as interactive when clicked on seperately which it should state you already own an interactive license for, otherwise don't sell bundles because there would be no benefit too them when it comes to licensing..

     

    It always worked before when i purchased a bundle and then bought an interactive license for that bundle that all content showed as interactive on my library list and when clicked on at the store page.

    You can easily buy double licensing if your not careful it's very desceptive, it should state you own this license through this bundle.

    Can you use Amazon Pay?  I just did, and it worked fine.  
     

    (Actually, I won't ever use PP here again, since they just recently placed one of my orders on hold last week due to suspicious activity with the items Imwas purchasing.  PayPal finally deemed that my order was a security risk, and they reversed the payment and I lost my items.  -- Did I mention that my items were the Gumdrops toon figures and their add-ones?). <--  yeah, no more PayPal here for me.

  • Not piling on - but just as an FYI - I placed an order back on October 3rd for an item.  When I went to download, I kept getting "Auth invalid", so I contacted DAZ support on October 4th.  Last response I got (yesterday) was to expect at least "a few weeks" before there was a resolution.

    So if you're having trouble downloading your purchase - just understand it may be some time before DAZ fixes their site to the point where you can actually get it.

    I genuinely feel for tech support lately.  This is like Y2K chaos in the middle of 2020....  of course, it IS 2020, so yeah.  They're probably saying the same thing behind the scenes.

    I spent 3 hours to add items in my shopping cart, the site is extremely slow.

    Some items are missing in my cart, I must check again the whole store to add item one more time. The porduct page say it's in my cart but if I reload this page it's no longer in my cart.

    I do not think I have an account for Amazon Pay. I prefer PayPal, which is quite safe with two step authentication.

    In my 11 months with Daz store I have never had issues with PayPal. I would blame Daz for the current problem, rather than PayPal.

    No problem.  I actually have a two-step verification with my Amazon account as well.  I use the Authenticator App to unlock every time I log into Amazon to do anything.

    I always use Visa or Mastercard gift cards for my purchases - haven't had any issues until the past week. I get the "There was a problem processing your credit card." message - still happening today.

    I know some folks have had issues with DIM and not seeing their products. I have a different one that started yesterday.

    Products show up and download ok, but many of them (15 out the last 30 or so I have downloaded) fail to install. It appears the install process fails on the very first texture file in each product - not sure why - lots of space on the drive, and I can extract the files and install them manually outside of DIM.

    Can I just get a consensus, my issue is to do with Frida the Viking Outfit for which I have no way to download.  I put this in as technical support rather than sales, would you agree that's the correct route?

    The items will not show in DIM, Central or Connect and the product page only has Daz Connect options and the offline package file results in an error.  Just checked and it was later marked as solved but is not.

    Great!  Because I have a ticket open for that product because there were no ZIPs to download.  Just checked and there's a ZIP to download now so it's just a matter of repeating attempts until it succeeds.  Thanks!

     

    Also noticed that the "sku" is still the "name" lowercased instead of the actual SKU.  And the "ordered_at" and "order_id" fields are wrong/null.

    And I can't order with Paypal, again! 

    Before anyone says anything, I can't use any other payment methods because I've just used the last of my money.

    Yet again, I've missed out on loads of items. 

    I'm glad this sale is finished. It's been a joke since SY's products (in PC+FAD) were removed from it a few weeks ago.

    I still can't use the "Hide Items I Own" and "Only Show PC+" filters, when I search for anything? They only work on the main shop page.

    Searched for "house" and nothing happens when I click the filters, so I can't see what I own. Search results count is wrong too. Says 175 but only 75 are there.

  • So, if resolving tickets do take longer, will the 30 days returm policy extended? Otherwise, I will return each and every item having issues before the 30 days deadline hits me.

    Try changing items per page to 60 or 120.

    @AllenArt Laurie, I think I found a clue. I always have Items per Page set to All, If I change it to 60, the Hide Items I Own starts to work. If I set it back to All, Hide Items I Own fails again.

    I haven't had an issue returning items for store credit if I submitted a ticket, either a refund request or a technical issue which eventually led to a refund request, as long as the original ticket was submitted within 30 days.  That's returning for store credit -- I understand there are constraints if you want them refunded to the original payment method.
