    I do not use any add ons. I am right on the normal Daz sales page. I click on an item and add it to my cart. i click on the cart shaped icon in the top right corner ( same as I have done for years) and it goes to oops page with the chameleon.

    Without knowing what the URL is that you're getting that error on, no one can really help, whether it is customer support in a ticket, or some devs that are browsing the forums.

    That URL works perfectly for me and opens the shopping cart page, so it is not a universal problem.

    I have some products which won't load in my Product Library, so I checked the library data for these and found some issues.  So I wrote an app that will scan all products in the library for errors and create a report like the one below.   If anyone's interested in checking their libraries (I think the report data will make it easier for the devs to fix the issues) I can put the app (Windows only, sorry) up for download.

    Currently it's checking these fields:

    product_id, entity_id, sku, name

    - the first three all contains the same value which is the product SKU.

    I found these issues in my own library:

    [these have a trailing space in the SKU, apparently that doesn't prevent them from loading in the library (but would be a good idea to fix anyway, for consistency)]

    sorry for quoting myself. I know that DAZ support is probably currently swamped, and that's okay, I can wait. However, as something is obviously broken with my product list I would like to know at the very least, if I buy products today, will they get added to my "inventory", or will they be lost in some void? I just want to make sure before spending money...

    I doubt very much you will lose anything, you may just have to wait until any download problems etc. there might be will be fixed.  I've purchased stuff every day since the store update and I'm not worried, you get a receipt for everything by email plus one in your account, so you can prove what you have purchased. 

  • Another day, same failed downloads and blank product links.  This is getting tiring. frown

  • A recent purchase when through, not without issues and it took awhile but at least with the proper sale discount, but then using DIM to download and install, I get a "Download Failed!" message. An attempt to manually download and install the files is TAKING FOREVER and some of the downloads have completely stalled.

    I'm gonna just come out and say it but the recent store update has been anything but an improvement. Buying and installing has never been completely without issues but this is by far the worst I've ever seen.

    I can't download recent purchases from my Product Library. I won't be making any more purchases until the correct this mess.

    Richard.  I've had a ticket in for Frida https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-frida-viking-outfit-for-genesis-8-female for 2 days now, I get that it's hectic.  My Order Confirmation with the outfit on never arrived and there seems to be no way to download.  The Product Library page just says Daz Connect and has no Manual Download link.  Not coming through Connect, Central etc..

    Not really sure they should still have the sales page up if it's not real.

    At least Daz fixed something regarding the Interactive License, although I question the priority. =)

    Hi, it's 3AM+ my time again and second day of 20% discount for PA Interactive License not working.

    I sound like a broken record... but buying 100 Interactive License will save me $200 and that's something to sound like a broken record about, IMHO.

    I'll call it quits for today, again and no PA items for me again. I think it'd be a bigger matter for the PAs than me missing a deal.

    Those are all DAZ Originals Interactive Licenses that you have in your cart. They were already working. It's the PA Interactive Licenses that should of been discounted to $8 each with 2 Debut New items in your cart but weren't. I just checked & they are still $10 & missing the extra 20% discount if you have 2 or more Debut New items in your cart.

    @Richard Haseltine, it's a manual download and the file is How to Sculpt a Face in ZBrush (file 1of4) ... file is just over 1GB and fails every time (sometimes right off the bat, other times it varies).  In addition to this, I have three new purchases that show up in my Product Library but won't show any download links.

    I get this error code from trying to acess my cart ;

    I opened Daz store in Firefox and google Chrome- same issue that I can not open, clear, or pay for anything in the cart- but I can add to it.

    I went to my account and wsa able to delete my addresse( which was correct) and then added it back. Still unable to check the cart out. It gave this error :

    The server experienced an error: 1874068156324778273

    Edit that I have no add ons for daz or the browser

    I tried this on my desktop and my laptop- so I do not think it is on 'my' end.

    I don't have frida or the ZBrush tutorial, but I do have this one - and for me it downloads from the product page. There obviously are issues - about half of the aniamted pose sets from yestrday and the day before won't install through Connect for me - but which files are problematic does seem to vary from user to user. In general, if a download is failing please open a support ticket (if you haven't) so that daz can get a picture of the issue and, we may hope, roll out a general solution.

    The PA Interactive License has not been giving 20% discount for 3 consecutive days now. I've been notifying here and there, to no avail. So my very long PA wishlist is on hold. Might as well inform Daz about this issue here, again.

    DAZ, please help give 20% discount for PA interactive license already! It's been 3 days already =O

    Also, the gift card is being maxed out at $500. Is this intentional? Before the new store, it was higher.

I purchased a gift card - I received the confirmation e-mail with the gift card code, but when I click on the code it brings me to the log-in screen - even though I'm already logged in. If I try entering the code manually, nothing happens. I submitted a ticket, but was wondering if anyone else had this happen?

    Transfert start fine and the stop in fail error. Problem is with servers. Seems daz network is not able to manages all connections from outside ! its a bandwith problem !!!!!!!

    If anyone is having problems with products listed in their library that don't got to download pages when you click them here is a trick that works for me.

        Find the SKU number of the product you are trying to download.

        Click on anything that does give a download page. You should see a URL in the address bar that ends in prod_n, where n is an SKU number 

        Type over the number replacing it with the SKU number of the product you want to download and press return.

    When DIM wasn't working for me this was the only way I could download some products. DIM now works for me but I think some people are still having problems with it.

    On the bright side to all this, DAZ isn't releasing anything cool right now. The downside...I was working on a professional project and am in limbo waiting on my cart to work so I can grab some items I needed.

    This thread was helpful to see that I'm not alone in my issues. Currently sitting on a ticket for a large purchase that I have nothing, nothing at all except PayPal paid confirmation. So if you encountering this, you're not alone. I feel for Daz team as the upcomimg sales season isn't going to make their job easier. Although I can see the hesitation to purchase more until your current issue is resolved. Money being lost for sure.

    Yes, nothing happens when you input the code but this is normal - check your Store Credit page and you will probably see that the amount has been added (the data is still a bit messed up but "Your current balance" on top should be correct).

    I tried that - still shows a zero balance.

    What is the ZenPage ???? I click on the Sign link and it sign me ?????????????????????????????????????

    When you click Contact us on the Help page it takes you to Zendesk, rather than a page on the Daz site. There is a Sign In button at top-right.
