Character Converter from Genesis 2 Female to Genesis 8 Female ft. LY Jolie

So there doesn't appear to be a thread in Commercial for Character Converter from Genesis 2 Female to Genesis 8 Female, but I thought it deserves one, because the issues are obviously not the same as with G3<>G8 conversions. Also I wanted to learn from people more familiar with character conversions so that I might pick up some tricks.
I don't own a lot of G2 characters, since they were 2 generations old by the time I began using Daz Studio. I like Lyoness's work though, so I had picked up LY Jolie a while back because she comes with Iray materials, but never used her because I didn't know what issues I would have with G2. One problem I did have when I finally loaded her as G2 with Iray is that Daz went to CPU even after a fresh restart after I loaded her the first few times. For some reason, that wasn't a problem with these renders. Since I never used G2, I don't know what all the basic differences are between G2 and G8.
Anyway, without further ado, this is LY Jolie with bluejaunte's Faye's skin. I chose the skin because it seemed close to Jolie's, and I still fiddled with translucency to get it paler. There has been a lot of progress in the skin department, and the BJ skin looks especially nice. I didn't spend time on make-up, other than to colour her lashes a bit. Brows are also something to work on.
In each case, the converted G8F figure is on the left, the G2F on the right.
I think the side view shows differences the most. So breasts are bigger, buttocks sit lower, ribcage is different, the nose is flatter, there's baggage under the eyes. Basically everything has more definition. But the character looks okay, if harder and a good five or ten years older. A lot of vendors probably won't want to go back and revisit their old characters, so the converter seems to be a worthwhile purchase.
I hope others will post some renders of their as well.

There is a commercial thread, here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/388776/released-character-converter-from-genesis-2-female-to-genesis-8-female-commercial#latest
Oh, thanks. I was looking and didn't find it.
It's an older product now, but you can use the Legacy UVs for Genesis 8 product from Cayman Studios if you just wanted to use the G2F textures on a G8F.

I recently used the G2F to G3F one (which is over at Renderosity). It creates a couple of extra surface regions for the arms, legs and between the head and scalp which it 'fills in' using the provided widget to match up your textures so that the maps 'wrap' properly. It does a pretty good job, and I'm sure a few others have been using that tool for years now.
Of course, finding newer texture maps that are 'close enough' is also fun too. The newer textures often look better, but the older textures may be up to the task as well depending on how detailed they were when they were created.
Food for thought.
