    Probably, I get the same error when trying to log in from my tablet where I wasn't connected already. Everything linked to our account seems to create errors

    Little grumble this morning: I've been putting together my "free" DOs from the Angharad bundle offer. It offers you $30 for the clothing category but quite frustratingly a huge number of the items in the eligable category are only add-on textures and the required clothing item for the textures isn't an eligable item! Really annoying. Of course it's a high class thing to complain about, but perhaps a bit of feedback for Daz that it would be nice if any textures also had their required item included in such offers, so you can spend the $30 on the base and add-on textures. Texture materials aren't really worth buying if you don't have the base to use them on...

    I would remind you that if your goal is to have Daz see your complaint, you need to submit a ticket as these are user to user forums.

    Hi Cris, yes I will do re textures (politely and as feedback, as it's not a big deal, just a little irk, and a bit rich to "formally" complain about free things I think)! But is that in reference to only the last grumbly part lol or to larger issue I've reported re cart and studio errors? Will raise a ticket heart

    I'm guessing this is why I can't add anything to my cart. I can't create a ticket either because I can't access my account page, and I can't log in on another computer as I get the same errors.

    Temporary hiccup,  all fixed now.   You may need to close your browser and refresh it. if it hasn't fixed itself for you.

    All other problems I had are fixed, only the search is still borked: it doesn't seem to retrieve the search terms and displays a "no results" page for an empty search

    I didn't do an empty search. I searched for something and the store acted like I didn't type anything.

    Pretty sure that converting the store database will be a nightmare, but yeah, it's necessary.

    If the database behind it is down, like the error message now said, it doesn't matter what store software it is.

    Hi Richard smiley Yes, I worked offline without my new content which I hadn't installed yet and couldn't do due to the server error, but was just flagging it up. It wasn't an issue in the end as it was all fixed pretty quickly! Thank you very much for helping us as always, Richard. It must be a nightmare for you guys when these things happen on the weekends and its out of usual Daz office hours. I hope it didn't put a damper on your Saturday! heart

    THe Platinum Club section shows I need platinum club. My Plat club hasn't expired yet and won't expire until November later this year. :) Feels like a few things are going wrong today for some reason on the site that is more technical in nature. I can't use the search either.

    You should submit a help request so Customer Sevice can fix the problem for you.

    It's weird.  Yesterday it was a skin without a morph (Anise), and today there's a single morph without a skin (Bianca).  I mean, whatever, but it's weird for Daz.  That's the kind of stuff you usually see at DA.  At least Thrace includes both a morph and a skin. and costs less than the one without the skin.

    Bianca is sold with a "chair" that's a stool, and 10 expressions that are all the same except for the eyes.  She looks like she's following a fly around the room while waiting for the novocaine to wear off.
