    I've just had to submit a ticket because there is no serial number for the "Greebles Generator" in my account.  Then there was the issue with the Stonemason set earlier in the week, which no doubt cost him sales.  I have to wonder if they just have the work experience kid uploading products to the store.

    I'm really frustrated because out of three products that I bought this morning, two of them are faulty.  The "Car Edi: Tracer" is missing the data folder in the install file.  So now I've got to go through the ticket process again, which is itself frustrating because of having to answer questions that are not at all relevant to the problem. 

    Again, my apologies, and nothing personal meant.

    Actually, thinking about it.. you have the original installed yea? The new one is an addon, and requires the original. (which could explain the issue)

    The new coupon codes (“MORE-FOR-50” etc.) don't seem to work ("not valid") although it's stated that they are valid for a week.

    Is this a technical issue or am I missing something?

    I received them by e-mail yesterday.

    Strange thing; it states "Get up to 50% OFF your first order" although my first order was placed a long time ago. laugh

    Maybe that e-mail was sent mistakenly(?).

    Strange.. when I put the same items in my cart, they add up to about $ 60.- more than in your picture and - with a total reduction of 61% off - don't look like that much of a good deal :)

    @Xen2k

    The codes in that mail should still work for you even if it is not the first order (i know they worked for me). Make sure you have the minimun amount (in $$) of qualifying items in the cart before applying one. Also, LOTS of the items in this PC+ sale do not count for any additional discounts (like BYOB, PC for a day or most of the "fixed" value items), they can be in your cart but they probably won't count for the "total". Other than that, it think it should work on anything except Gift Cards.

    If having more trouble with it, try opening a ticket because those are not regular sale coupons.

    I'm guessing they got the 50% off email coupon for a first purchase mentioned a few posts above.

    I assumed that maybe some of the items in my cart caused this "disqualification". First try I had >90$ of items in my cart and it said that the coupon is not valid.

    When I tested it with a pro bundle >50$ it didn't work, either. Maybe because the pro bundle item was already discounted though usually this is not a problem.

     

    I'll do some further trys and hopefully achieve a positive result.

    I've tried a bunch of different combinations, and I can't get that coupon to work. Must be specific to the person.

    Strange. Pro Bundles, even heavy discounted ones, should work. I bought most of mine like that. (BTW, 70% from fast grab is not that big of discount for not new pro bundles).

    This is a very particular coupon, not long ago someone that returned after a long time got the same codes and had similar issues; so a ticket might be needed if it still don't work.

    I used the code mentioned above:"more-for-50", i didn't see any email. I just tried it and it worked.

    Hi DAZ team, just to let you know - right now, most of the sale ads seems to be broken. Most categories are empty for me, and the 1,99 and 2,99 pages just keep on loading forever without anything ever showing up. I‘ll check back in later!

    Hi Cris, thanks for getting back to me so quickly! So I switched browsers on the iPad which I usually use to shop at DAZ, and the result was the same. Whipped out the laptop after that, and now the sale loads just fine on that! So the problem seems to be with the iPad for whatever reason. I'll just use the laptop for now. So, all's fine, thanks again!

    The catch-up $1.99 link takes me to a V4 & M4 page, which doesn't seem right.

    I believe the link is correct, but has like genesis and genesis 2 items in the selection as well.

    I've been trying the 45% off originals to purchase Nidaand doesn't work even when I add Angharad 8 Pro figure to see if I still get the discount. Is it only for certain Daz originals?

    It seems to be working for me. It replaces the 30% PC+ members get on DOs.

    Edit: Try logging out and back in to be sure the store is recognizing you as a PC+ member.

    are not part of the PC+ for one day catch-up sale?

     

    They where PC+ for one day Wednesday and other products that were PC+ for one day the same day are in the PC+ for one day catch-up sale.
