Thanks for showing us your results with the Paulyn Tied Bun Hair, as the default hairline shows too much thinning. The combo with Allen Hair looks good along the upper hairline, but too thin above the ears. Your 2nd photo showing the combo with SP Hair 010 for Genesis 3 and 8 Female(s) looks really good and is the best IMO.
Thanks bunches for posting these. I wasn't going to buy the bundle, and I think I'll pass on this one. Sometimes hair for males is just hair for males, and it's not the kind I'd buy for a male character.
Does anyone else have a lot of missing thumbnail pngs in Josephene's Materials library? I only install via DIM and they are definitely not in the ZIP.

What's with the duplicate downloads on Lanna in manual download? There's 'Lanna for Genesis 8', and 'Lanna for Genesis 8 Female' it's obviously the same file since both are the same size
There was a couple days where if you bought one or two Newly Mad items, you would get 10% or 20% off the bundle. If you didn't buy during that time frame, you might not get a purple banner.
I definitely got a purple banner because of a previously purchased Newly Mad item from March Madness which triggered a discount on a new character.

I didn't get the banner, even though I bought 4 new releases yesterday, and 6 on Saturday. Not sure what triggers the Josephene 8 banner, but I don't think it is purchasing in the last few days since I didn't get the banner. Very disappointing since I usually buy the Pro bundles, have all but the Darcy 8 Pro Bundle, even. Guess I'm not part of the targeted group to get buyers for Josephene (probably because I have all but one of the others so Daz thinks I'm a sure buy
).
Read up a few posts, it's explained. You had to buy that Newly Mad item in March Madness, and they made it clear you'd get a discount on the next released character. :)

That is crazy. I bought new mads that day, didn't get a banner. weird. Though with the addons The Pro Bundle is at 33.58, so not too bad.
Used my PC coupon got the pro bundle for 29 and change works for me.
I've noticed that promo image at the top of the page where Josephene 8 is wearing a slit babydoll, and it appears to be image filler as there's no matching clothing or hairdo. I have a hunch the babydoll has the style of Outoftouch, Kaleya or Lully, and the hairdo I belive is OOT's Shirley Hair.
And Saturday March 7 as well, it ran for 2 days.
I don't think Josephene brings that much (in the way of actually new and exciting) to the table if I'm being honest. She's not that much different from some of the past G8F core females, and as already mentioned her deal was not that amazing either. So for me, Jo is an easy hard pass.
I'd love to see some genuinely different characters in the G8 ranges - most of the girls are looking pretty similar (with the exception of Nida and CJ who are gorgeous!) and most of the guys are so roided out they look almost toon like. Not every girl is a butt-kicking badass, and not every guy is the love child of John Cena who looks like he could bench-press a bus!

The materials are missing icons...tried everything...something's not right...
It's the same for about 80% of my figures atm. Not just one inparticular. Also for props and environments too!
And this was installing through DIM, not DS? Sometime using Connect (that is, Smart Content or Install panes) files will not decrypt correctly (I had to redownload several a few days ago, possibly things that I had originally downloaded when there seemed to be some issues) but that isn't usually an issue with DIM.
I passed on the aforementioned 'buy in' that day, so yeah unless you wanted the prereq items in that sale, you probably would have ended up spending more on the prereq items than you would have saved in the Josephine 8 sale. So don't feel too bad. If you didn't want those prereq items then, you probably aren't missing them now.
And agreed, not a good promotion IMHO, at least as compared to a number of previous Genesis 8 Pro Bundle introductory sales.
I actually ended up buying 2 items that I found interesting.

The fitness outfit, while I like how it looks in the promos, doesn't go well with bigger women. I can't even use it with the fit control morphs on. I have to make my own morphs in Blender if I want it to look right.
The sneakers I haven't tried yet.
I'm waiting to see if I can combine Josephine with something else as, while I like most of her bundle I find the offer weak (even with the extra 20%). If I don't buy it I will return the fitness suit for sure, and try the sneakers to see if they are worth it or not.

*full disclosure: I made the SpyStuff props in that bundle (and ThoseThings did the awesome poses) so I'm perhaps biased towards liking it ;) - I do like the look of that Spy Kit (by Esis and FenixPhoenix) too though :)
