At work today when I was washing dishes, I was looking at the kitchen knives and decided to see who made them.  They said Dexter.  It reminded me of Dexter's labatory.  I am not sure how many seasons are in that show.  I checked my Amazon library and saw I have season 7 of Dexter's labatory.  I am wondering if it is okay to jump into again and watch season 7, or find out where I can watch seasons 1-6 of Dexter's Labatory. Maybe today when I get home I can start the first episode of season 7 of Dexter's Labatory.  If I get confused then decide what to do from there.

Is Dexter's sister Debra or Debbie?

edit: maybe it is De De which might be short for Debra?

I am hungry for a snack but I just started a movie on "live TV".  Also went to the doctor today and found out I gained weight.  Not good news but did get a flu shot.

I am a bit confused how I can watch this.

...word for the day today is "meh".

I'd say more but then the post would likely be removed.

  • Meh.

  • TSasha SmithTSasha Smith Posts: 27,363

    Meh?

Mah? My friend Misty says something in between a meh and a mah.  Usually for either why are you waking me up from a good nap or why is my bowl empty?  The reason I wake her up from a good nap is not to wake her up but to see where and how she is.

The reason her bowl is empty is almost always she ate all the food in it.  She probably knows that but she wants more food.  Of course if that does not work she goes into a full meow.

...ugh, slight feeling of nausea all day today (not related to the "meh" day I had yesterday). Drinking some ginger beer (non alcoholic) which seems to be helping.

Non-complaint:  Wheee... I've paid off my Amazon Store Card account.  And all my credit card accounts are zeroed again too.  Wheee... my new computer and all its later add-ons (new monitor, new graphics card, additional memory) is finally, completely paid for.yes  So, what did I do two hours after paying the last Amazon bill?  Of course, I ordered another add-on .frown (Samsung 970 "EVO Plus" NVMe M.2 SSD)smiley  Yay!  This new machine despite not having a super-super video card or super-super CPU is becomming my go-to machine for DAZzing (leaves the old machine in the dust) and I've left all the mundane household stuff on my old machine for now because it's still working.

Amazon says my new NVMe SSD will be here tomorrow.  yes

'Nother non-complaint:  Grocery shopping done, mail picked up from post office, garbage taken care of, it's snowing again and I have no place to be, all the ingredients for cookies and a big pot of goulash, new episode of "Picard" to watch, a new episode of "Vera" to watch, and I'm still able to get out of bed in the mornings.

'Nother non-complaint:  Just found out that there is a new game in the "Myst" style coming out soon. "Firmamenthttps://www.pcworld.com/article/3259513/firmament-reveal-cyan-myst-obduction-developer.html yes It's only recently with my new computer that I'd finally been able to actually play (without super slow loading and random crashing) the previous Myst style game "Obduction"  I have absolutely zero interest in other games but I am a Myst addict.

  • Complaint:  I can feel it.  I'm coming down with a cold.  Sensitive spot in my upper nose, lots of nasal drip (more than usual), feeling rather blah.frown  In a couple of days I expect sore throat, green slime, and empty boxes of Kleenex.  However, I haven't been to China so I'm not too worried.

Just getting around to figuring out how to paint these hearts.  Probably should do it soon since it is ground hog day.

Right now trying to watch Remember Me from the beginning.  I have seen it before and I think it takes place 2001.

..yeah the other night I saw that CBS Online was streaming the first episode of Picard for free.  Bugger, now I'm hooked.  but really can't justify a subscription for just a few episodes as I'm not very much into the other programme offerings available.

Having lived without a television for something like 17 or so years now really have little interest anymore.  Yeah, I'll catch a sports event now & then at a pub but when I see adverts for other most other programming, it only reinforces my "meh" attitude towards it.

I can proudly proclaim I have not seen one episode of Game of Thrones (nor am I inclined to as from what I have gleaned from reading about it, it's little more than a soap opera in a fantasy setting where everybody seems to die).
