Install Manager Issue

I'm unable to log into Install Manager. It seems that my password isn't recognized. Is this a temporary issue? Anyone else getting it? Or should I change my password just to be safe?

Also getting the same issue here: "unable to login to the specified account. Verify the email and/or password and try again"
I am getting the same problem, can't log in with the program either. And I have a client piece to finish. :(

Yeah, I noticed this which is why I thought to ask. Wouldn't want to change my log-in details and still have the same problem; lest I end up unable to log into the forums as well.
Many thanks for this information. I've never had this problem before. So as you said I also hope it will be solved soon.
It would be very annoying if I couldn't install new contents again soon.

I was fine till I updated to 4.12 BUT not both my rigs are locked out

Me too. Probably will get fixed later, good to know i wasn't the only one, means there's an easy fix.
I am not only having trouble with Install Manager, but also having trouble trying to get into DAZ Studio 4.11. Maybe I should install the 4.12 right now while I have a chance.
I had no problem logging on to these forums, though.
Same problem and I just purchased content. Guess I'll have to manually install.
I was having a 504 gateway error a little bit earlier, too, about the time I was deliberating as to whether to add one more thing to my shopping cart before pulling the trigger... and then loading a fresh copy of the shopping cart also had trouble... then went back to working, so I went ahead and hit purchase. Then Install Manager started giving me the error everyone else came here about.
I guess the trouble is due to everyone and their parakeet downloading the new version of Daz Studio all at once, and stuff. :D
At least the forums are still working. :)
I wanted to download install manager, and the 64 bit windows version, is not showing up as available for download- it just spins and spins.
I suspect the site is getting hit with a lot of traffic because of the 4.12 upgrade

Site is slow in general at the moment. Same issue happening to me with the install manager... I say we wait it out and try again in a staggered manner (good luck coordinating that :P) so as to not overwhelm the servers?
...isn't daz using CloudFlare cdn? @.@ how do you overwhelm a major cloud cdn provider?!
Ok, so I was told log out of daz and close down dim, then log back in and re-open dim and that worked.
I'm able to login, but all downloads fail.
Massive server overload, I guess. Still can't download my purchases since several hours. -.-
Downloaded everything fine this morning without doing anything other than restart DIM.
Had no problem downloading the 4.12 64-bit update manually yesterday evening. I failed around 5:30 p.m. ET, but about 15 minutes later I downloaded and installed successfully. iI am thinking traffic slowed down by the time I installed.
Yeah, I would imagine there are a lot of people downloading. I'd give it a couple of days if you can.
Can't connect neither to DIM nor to DAZ studio and I need it fast! Any suggestions?!
DS also cannot connect. Server upgrades are a thing.

Just making sure people are trying this. It's how I was able to get in.
