    Same here. Can't download Daz 4.12 either. Bad gateway. Seems like things have gone fairly FUBAR at DAZ.

  • I tried changing the content database port setting in DIM ,  Anyone know what the default setting should be ? I have it at 17260 right now..

  • Yo, same here, DIM does not connect! (No error messages, it simply does not connect ;-( )

    Now it connected but does not show my "Ready to download" products (should be over 2000)...

    When i fill in "2" as filter, it changes correctly my Installed products but not my "Ready to download".

    Me too. impossible to connect to "install manager" and dazstudio 4.12 don't work normaly i can't use face transfert.

    You can payed but not download after payed.

  • Still happing any idea when it will be fixed? funny they can update there website to buy new products we cant use

  • I have installed 4.12 but now install manager dont work. It say I have 0 item to download when they should be more 150 ... sigh

  • Did Daz3d ever heard of "News" like "we are experiencing technical difficulties.." etc. Or should we just keep keep guessing?

    Ok, so I was told log out of daz and close down dim, then log back in and re-open dim and that worked.

    Just making sure people are trying this. It's how I was able to get in.

    I have done this but it does not work for me. I still cannot log into DIM. I am trying to update it to the latest version but the download won't go through. When I try to login, it either says my info isn't recognized or a network error has occured. I don't believe the issue is on my end. I'll keep trying. Has Daz given us a response yet? This has been going on for a few days now.

    ***Update:

    I cleared the DSON cache files in DS by going File--> Preferences--> (General) and clearing them. For safe messure, I made sure DS and DIM were completely closed via Task manager. I was then able to restart and log into DIM succesfully.

  • It's work now without cleared the DSON cache files in DS, the problem was not here.
