Also double-check that there aren't additional spaces sneaking into the code box. I've heard of that happening, too.
Note that when you cash in your gift card, there's no message that it worked so it looks as though it didn't. However if you check your credit after that, you can see that it did (which may or may not be your issue).
I made a purchase of Medieval Throne Chamber and Old London Alley a little after 8 (swedish time) when the store hadn't changed yet, when I clicked place order the items were still at 1.99 each, I made very sure of this and I always check my store credit that it showed the correct amont after theese two purchases before I clicked place order. When I checked my order confirmation I was charged full price and my store credit shows this also. I would never have bought theese items at full price, I'm not even sure I will have use of them, I just bought them for they were low priced. I have submitted a help ticket asking if I can return the items or get the correct price, how soon can I expect a reply? I'm really worried about this, the full price: 52.90 is alot of money for me, I expected my store credit I got recently to last a long time, now half of it is gone
. And that for two items I'm not even sure I want 
. I guess this will teach me not to purchase items I'm not completly sure I will use (and by this saving a lot of money in the future). How soon can I expect a reply? How long have it taken for you I mean for similar requests, is it a matter of days or hours?
Usually two or three days, but during these sales it may take longer. But Sales will get it done eventually.

. I hate to have this hanging over me that long. I'll never again buy things I'm not 100% sure I will have use for (that way if I get charged full price it doesn't feel this bad) and I will never buy items this late ( will be hard to maintain during flash sale though).
I doubt it will be that long.. at least give CS 24 hours before you worry too much.

During the PA festival the PA's entire store was featured at least 3 times and probably more often and although there were 2 outfits I wishlisted I did not buy them because I believed I had other solutions or couldn't imagine a scene with them now. Fast forward now I find that I need them right now immediately and ... guess what nothing is discounted right now.
Yeah that's why you need a huge library. I'm no good in planning sales ahead. Most times when I plan ahead I end up with stuff I never render, can't use, or that in hindsight I don't like personally, or find better alternatives. I hate me.

I'm ready to pull the trigger on my (far too large) purchase for today, but it's showing $65.87 in the cart and $74.36 at checkout. It's consistent on both at least. I'll wait a few hours and maybe they'll fix it, but otherwise I'll just file for the difference.

i think you've got more than $25 in there - the studded goth outfit plus the wastelander one would put it over the limit. It was working for me (didn't buy anything, just played shopping cart jenga)

Ah ok, so used to heavy discounts, didn't realize those things are not even on sale. So it's the usual 40-45% DO discount for me...
they're all daz originals, showing as 40% off - it's $25 on that sale prices.
The discount of 65% OFF Daily Specials when you buy any Debut New or Still New Release on West Park Nursery Props is not working.

The max is $25 off, so with the three elgible items you have in your cart, the current total sale price is 32.91. Subtract 25 and you get 7.91, split among the three.

I have no idea how that banner algorithm worked. I have been a PC/PC+ member off & on for about 9 or 10 years & some of my "offs" have been for months at a time. But I still got that banner. Maybe it is just the PC+ club that counts because my longest break was I think around the time they changed over.
I've decided it's no use to try & guess why someone does/doesn't get a coupon/banner.
Did the flash sale for the Selected G2 and G3 pro bundles expire? I put 2 of the G3 Pro bundles in my cart and they are showing as 40.49 each and a total of 80.98...
The 40.49 is what each bundle shows on the Flash Sale page of the G2 and G3 Pro bundles.
Not seeing any additional discount for putting 2 bundles in my cart.
I'm afraid it did, there's another flash sale up now.

I was watching a movie on HBO with hubby, came back and discovered links to the flash sales in the alerts thread. I like to keep things separate, so I ordered the two PC+ for a Day items in my cart. Apparently at the same time the discounts on the last flash sale were coming down. Result? Missed the Flash sale AND was charged full price for the two items in my cart!
Paid with Store Credit and have already filed a ticket with Customer Service. I actually saw the wrong amount on the order page, but only after I'd clicked the Place Order button. Haste makes waste, as they say. Having a good laugh at myself, and really glad I used Store Credit!
