Hmm - I'll get in touch with CS myself and see if we can expedite the reinstatement of the accounts - but please file a ticket so at least we can see who's having issues please.
Thanks for the reply and for helping me and the others with the same issue with this. I hope this gets resolved quickly, there was an excellent backdrop set that I have had in my wishlist for a very long time and could have really used in the pc+ for a day list

. Sorry to go on about this, but this is really irritating, I expect my membership to work all the days of the year I payed for, especially now on the pc+ sale. It's really bad timing. I have written a ticket about this.
Yea I totally get that it's frustrating, especially during the sale..!
So please keep a list of stuff you're unable to get (like the one you missed out on) then file a ticket when this is all sorted and I'm sure CS will sort that for you (I'll mention it during my email too)
Does anybody know if today's "TWO-FOR-THE-WIN" coupon is single or multiuse?

Did you get a reply from customer service that they atleast are working on this? I wrote earlier that two days are ok to wait for help but that was thinking that this kind of bugs only happens very seldom, if this is going to happen every other day then NO, two days is not ok to wait. I understand that they are very busy ofcourse but this is not acceptable. Sorry to rant about this but I'm not a happy Daz customer right now, to make matter worse there very extra many pc+ for a day items today and I dread to ask: is this "TWO-FOR-THE-WIN" cupon whatever that is for pc+ members also? if so then I add it to my list of things I miss out on (for sending in another help ticket).
The coupon is part of today's ad and doesn't say it is only for PC+ members.
They've only been in the office about 30 mins.. so will let them get settled ;)

Did you get a reply from customer service that they fixed it? I read in the other thread about this that someone got the pc+ prices back but was still not listed as a pc+ member.
I just got the pc+ prices back also, and I can see the pc+ forums again, I havent heard back from customer service though. Can someone confirm that I am listed as a pc+ member again? I was told that I wasn't before but according to my pc+ page my membership was still active so I can't check this by myself it seams. I need to know this before I let them know it's been solved. Also: do I need to send a separate ticket about the item I missed yesterday or can I just add it in a comment to my current ticket? so I can get the pc+ price on that item I mean.

I saw that I had my membership back before I got the response from Customer Service, but I did get a response from them recently, too. :-)
Thanks for the replies :) and the info, now I know how to check this if this hapens again. I just got an email from costumer service that it should be fixed now too. I'll ask them in a reply if I need to open up a seperate ticket about getting the correct price on the pc+ for a day item I was interested in yesterday. I hope that I will get it for 1.99, it's that awesome backdrop and shader set that I could really use :). I am relieved that this was solved this fast, Thanks to customer service for getting back to me so soon.

dforce chill appears not to exist, though the textures do. Is this right?
dforce chill is showing for me in the "50% off daily specials" section. If it's not for you, perhaps you already own it and have forgetten? (which happens to me ALL the time)
I bought it a day or two ago, so it definitely exists.
The new texture addon was missing its required item info, which I'm just adding now.. but yea, for now it's https://www.daz3d.com/chill-for-genesis-8-females which is in the daily specials. If it's not there, then you already own it :)
For some reason it didn't appear in search. It isn't mentioned as a required product.
Store needs to catch up with changes made.
OK, found it as 'Chill for Genesis 8', no dforce in the name. Should be listed as a required product for textures.

Chill for Genesis 8 is a really nice set, especially for the price. Happy about the texture set, too.
Destroyed City doesn't reduce price when adding debut releases to cart.
