Problem with no content to download in DIM

Anyone else having problems with DIM. My Download content is empty not sure want to to do now .I know I could install it manually but wondered is there a problem with Daz right now?

    Just discovered I also have no downloads in DIM -- and I have a ton of uninstalled stuff, not to mention everything I bought this last week.

    Strange - just downloaded a bunch of items and last two are downloading right now.

    I' getting a list now but all my diownloads fail repeatedly. They just sit there nat 0% downloaded for awhile and then switch over to 'Download Failed"

    EDIT: And sometimes the downloadable items astill aren't even showing up. I may have to refresh DIM several times in order to see them.

    First 5 out of 18 failed, but now they download...

    It;s showing my content to download but the downloads are failing.

    I have nothing showing in Ready to Download tab. Everything that's already installed shows in the list.

    DIM is not working. It worked earlier this morning, now, nothing. Items that showed up failed to download and after a restart - disapeared.

    Sadness. :-(

  • Daz is aware of this issue, and is looking into it.

    I'm able to get into my DIM to download and install just now. I don't know if mine would have had any issues earlier, though.

    I am getting no content to download either. I looked at the DIM log and it has: 

    "Network Error during authentication.
    Unable to parse purchased products
    Invalid JSON formatting while processing purchased items."

    Looks like it may be fixed now. (Fingers Crossed!)

    Anyway it's working for me now when it wasn't earlier.

    Just tried again and ... blank Download list .. so looks like not fixed as yet.

    Same here. Still not working since earlier in the day.

    Have you tried hitting the "Refresh" icon at the top? I got 0 products to download, hit the button and there they all were... I'm downloading now.

    Still not working for me !!! crying Hitting refresh will bring up the list but the products don't download and ultimately result in 'download failed'

    Just chiming in that it's not working for me either. Ready to Download pane is blank.

    Yep, I was finally able to download my products. After the downloads failed I hit refresh again and then the downloads worked.

    Edit: Not completerly fixed though. I just did another order and same problem: No products in Ready to Download, hit refresh and get list but downloads fail, then hit reresh again and downloads work.

    Well, my DIM was closed so when I opened it just now, it says there's an update. Is that the fix for whatever they did to make it screwy, or is this update the screwy?   I'm not sure I want to install this, whatever it is.

    There is about to be another update, I'm told, so you maty want to wait (assuming you are not already up to 1.2.0.52)
