Ah, I found it. It was a one day only for Monday and ended when Tuesday started in Daz-land at midnight. (Utah time)
Not reeeeally a sales error, but who picked a light coloured background for a page where the prices are displayed in white text? Without actually selecting the text, I can only see the prices the items on the Holy PC+ page have been discounted from.
Arghhh....overcharged yet again. Hadn't happened to me before, and now twice in a week. Another help ticket, when first one not yet resolved. Everyone, please double-check your orders!

I don't know what's wrong with me. I placed one more order thinking things would be ok, but I got overcharged again by almost $100. That's 3 times in a week. Stepping away now...

The prices are all over the place today, changing quite frequently. At times my cart shows everything full price, a few minutes later it's back to the correct discount. Then another few minutes pass and they are at full price again. I don't dare click the buy button. :D
Good idea. FYI, my cart prices seemed to be consistent, hence the reason I hit the "buy" button. But, nope, still charged full price for everything.
What I have started doing is open a second shopping cart tab and keep one open and check out from the second. That way, if the totals don't agree, I have an intact shopping cart page from the same moment in time to back up any claim. Of course, that's like taking the umbrella in case it might rain, and it never does...
Apologies for that. We made a few changes to make the sale even more exciting (removed the requirement for a new release if you're a PC+ member, and added in a new Genesis 8 female figure to the 2.99 section.) Which made things in flux for an hour or so as we were making each of the changes. It should be stablized now.
Thanks for confirming that it is now stabilized. Is there any way the Help Desk can prioritize overcharges? It's pretty scary to get so much money taken out and have to wait at least a few days to get a response back.
Probably the same web designer who perpetrated the bouncy thumbnails a few years back. Really got to wonder sometimes what they teach them in design school nowadays — something like this crops up at least once a year. Ah well, at least this time it isn't argh-my-eyes dazzling... again...
Oh...yep, my bad. Godin and Island Girl are in the sale. It's just that Godin's Icon links to IG...err...did. It all seems to be working now. I'm not sure what the heck happened last night....probably just me forgetting to refresh or something.

I don't know if I'm not reading the conditions correctly but the items that are supposed to be $2.99 for the day are just 30% discount in the cart. It's getting late this side of the pond so I'll have to pass on today's offers and see if there's anything I like tomorrow.

So, there are banners for yesterday's and today's $2.99 items, even though both say items are offered 1 day only. I still don't understand how the sale works, so it's a good thing I haven't seen anything I really want.
Even though the banner ad looks like yesterday's ad if you open it and click on the view items you will find that (except for Sasha which was added late) all of the one's that were offered yesterday are gone and a new batch replaces them.
Have anyone ever experienced that the email receipt was showing a different amount than the one charged from your bank? I usual just check that receipt and if it's OK (so far it has always been AFAIR) I leave it at that.
If I remember correctly, when you get overcharged, then the email is showing the overcharged amount, too. So checking just the email should be fine, I think.

I have a strange sale problem, I was not logged in and I didn't notice it, I put Merlin's Labyrinth Construction Kit in my cart which is on Temporarily PC+ price. I noticed that I was not logged in, I logged in and the product is listed as in cart, there's a number one next to the shopping cart icon, but when I click on the cart it's empty
. I have tried logging out and logging in, a hard refresh, but the problem remains. Please help me with this, I want to purchase this awesome procuct when it's on this sale, it might be a very long while until it's this cheap again

This happens occasionally but there is an easy work around: Add another item to the car, any item, then both items should show up and you can delete the one you don't want.

Just noted a discrepancy in this week's Victoria coupon:
In the main text it says: any purchases you make during the week from June 22nd - June 29th.
Then at the bottom the text is: Coupon only valid thru 06/22/2019 - 06/30/2019
So it may or may not be valid on Sunday... Buyer, beware!

Are store-credit users intentionally left out of these coupons? I could understand if they were, given that some of the store credit we buy is discounted already. But it would be nice to know for sure that this is the reason.
I'm not using store credit but have no Victoria coupon either. Is there a minimum purchase requirement or the like? I checked my messages but all I can find is the offer for Ellithia 8.
