    i'm still hoping to get a "better flash sales for genesis 2 because the last one was a lot underwhelming due to the lack fo many good products which where spread in others promotions, the only thing i got on that was just the base morphs for genesis 2, it would be another grab one single for 80% discount with x code, i'm waiting for olympia 6 to be on a sales like that to buy it, because she have some really good "amazon/savage cloths which i want for some of my female characters, to be fair i'm really wanting to grab olympia and gianne 6 both of then have the best combo cloths for fantasy savage tribes for me and get then with a 80% discount could be what i'm waiting for.

    Yes but the correct amount showed both in cart, checkout AND at PayPal the last was the disturbing one as I agreed etc yet it was changed and that could happen buying from any site not just DAZ if that’s possible, if sales end usually that shows there and you cancel and return to seller,

    I know can still change at DAZ but yes this did run my bank account very dangerously low, would not have taken much for me to be hit with a withdrawal fee,

    I only was spending $10 I thought as was pretty broke what if I had added the $18 pro bundles on offer at the time it could have been a disaster.

    Ticket still pending another reason I cannot risk possibly being overcharged hundreds in future.

    Same here. I've never been overcharged on Store Credit. I thought because when you select Store Credit in the cart, it shows immediately the amount credited to the sale, and the amount remaining in Store Credit, that prices wouldn't change beyond that point.

    Definitely something to keep an eye on.

    It happened to me once. It's a lot less frightening than when a large credit card charge appears. :D So overall, using store credits is still the safer way, in my opinion.

    I bought an item at 83% off (G2F 1970s Romp) last friday evening (European time), was then charged 100% by PayPal. With an invoice sent to me different from what I saw when checking out. (Even after being off the 83% sale the item jumped to 40% off, not to full price; can't have been me just being a few seconds late.) It's not a fortune, but money is tight. Seems to be a common thing here, apparantly. Immediately sent a ticket, let's wait and see how long they take to respond. What's the common response to situations like this; a refund or store credit?

    The default method is to refund to store credit. However, by request you can have it refunded to your original method of payment.

    yeah i really hope for that, as i told the last "genesis 2 sales" was really bad in comparation with others times and would be good to have a really good one.

    New mechanics - discount disappears in cart ?

    There are already discounted items in the BYOFS selection, but the discount (except DO) disappears in cart, is it intented to work that way ?

    Edit: Obsolete ! Now all discounts in this selection (except DO) are gone... smiley

    Yep, guess so. Was originally interested in the BYOFS as I thought this would combine nicely with the extra 20% off. But as one can only enter one coupon code, it does'nt work that way unfortunately. So the appeal of that BYOFS is only there for products which do not go on sale often. Might save my store credit for things to come instead.

    Once again it's not clear what the current coupon code applies to. Selected my three items and BYOFS was not valid. I don't have the time to hunt around and keep trying. It would be a lot easier if you could filter for items only if they're in your wishlist when browsing on an android phone.

    All I did was go to the ad which has a link to the items in the sale. I added 3 to my cart add the BYOFS code and the discount applies

    I did this as well, but no discount unfortunately other than the one on my coupon. The sale discount is not applying.

    Edit: Nevermind...it's working. I just need more coffee.

    "One day only." "New items added daily." I am confused. indecision Are the current items today only, and a new batch will be Temp PC tomorrow? Or is the sale only today, but the items on sale will circulate?

    Anyway, I think I'm safe from the current selection. *Breathes a tentative sigh of relief.*

    The Daz store sales confusing? Never!.. I believe that the sales department has no one who speaks English as a first language... (probably they only speak American)

    And, yeah, nothing in today's offerings is even remotely appealing to me.

    Just bought 2 Predatron items from fast-grab.  Cart checkout and final process order both showed $13+.  Nagging voice told me to check Order.  $43+ debited from my GC.  Checked GC balance.  Yup. $43 taken instead of $13.  frown Seems to me had read that others had similar issues lately.  My turn I guess. Ticket already submitted with screenshots (back button in browser saves the day).

    yes not fun but still better than having it happen straight out your bank which is why now I shall go the gift certificate route,

    at least the money is already allocated and one can just take it up with DAZ not the bank charging overdraw fees

    Was that you that had that fun with straight out of your account?  That would be super annoying.  Overdraw fees would be maddening.  Is that what you got?  Did DAZ ever explain how this is happening?  Like how can both the cart checkout and final checkout show one price and still you get charged another higher price.  Can just imagine someone buys $200 worth of stuff with great discounts, then finds out, nope, no discounts or minimal discounts.  That could cause some major headache and even cause a domino effect for another financial stuff.  Hope they get that fixed quick.

    no fortunately I had enough to cover in my case but it could have easily gone very bad had I grabbed more flash sale stuff, I am just suggesting Gift Certificates are a very good idea

    I have overdrawn my account elsewhere than DAZ though something I paid hundreds for online was charged twice and I had to quickly contact my bank and cancel it but still copped a fee so know too well how that goes down, I was not singling out DAZ here

    Are you perhaps reacting to the products having an iG which I believe refers to the partnership of islandgirl and Godin?

    Edit: For instance, when InaneGlory and DestinysGarden partner, they use IDG.

    How did you get the BYOFS coupon to work? Nothing works for me. I keep getting a message that it is not valid no matter what from the list I put in my cart.
