Thanks all, you're making me blush :red:

Started working on a few more morphs. Decided that I needed a batman mask to go with the ears. There are two types of bat ears just dial in the one you want.

    Cheers!

I've been looking for something that I could to easily make famous superheroes with. I'll be buying this the day it hits the store.

Just checking in, here. Any developments worth telling us about?

I was hoping to just rely on the auto morph system for the character morphs. However, the spandex chest morphs didn't work well with the different characters. So I had to make different spandex morphs for each character, (V6, S6, Olympia, Cleavage, etc.). However, doing this I realized I couldn't rely on the auto morphs for the characters, (guess I am too critical). So I ended up making custom character morphs, (and some chest).

My apologies on the wait, however I know this is one character a lot of people would want so I decided to wait for her. Here is the Spandex chest morph for The Girl6 while you wait.

    Thanks!

Ouch, that sounds like a lot of work. If it's any consolation, I can say that at least for my part, I'll probably use the spandex morphs a lot.

For the record, once this releases you're going to have a definite sale here. This has to be the highest quality suit out there to date and geared towards a pretty wide audience. You have proven to earn the name 3dwizard.

    :wow:

Actually I have said too much and don't want to get into trouble. Thanks for your understanding.

Thank you and everyone for the vote of confidence! This has been surprisingly, (it's just a bodysuit, right?) a massive undertaking. I normally don't develop in public so the support is appreciated.

    Cheers!

3DW may have meant waiting for Aiko6, which is due to release in June. Lots of people will want this to fit her as well.

Awesome work, can't believe I missed this thread before now.

Something you might want to try for the breast spandex morphs and possibly to help if you have more trouble with they eyelashes: rigidity maps. They aren't well named-- they block the influence of figure morphs on mesh. I saw an example in another thread in the past day or so that used them to help the breast spandex area. This might help "future-proof" the morphs a bit.

Edited to add: here's the thread: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/41950/

So, I have had a request to make a catsuit like the one I did for A3. http://www.daz3d.com/aiko-3-0-ultra-catsuit

Toying with the idea of doing one so asking the simple question, what would you like to see in a catsuit?

Brainstorm here and shoot me some ideas. Who knows what might happen.

    Thanks!

First, I hope you make one for both male and female.

Second, the most important thing is *versatility*. I buy bodysuits to turn them into a thousand outfits. Those suits I have gotten that have too much built into them just don't cut it. Too many folds, seams and missing bits, ornery material zones that lend themselves to nothing or pigeon hole the suit into one look, or wonky UVs have traditionally caused issues in the past. And right now, our only supersuits for G2 male and female are, while very nice, so full of seams and things that they can never really be more than they are. I miss the days of the old cat and super suits, where I could use them to make so many different things they were an INSTANT PURCHASE because of the great versatility they offered.

    Just my take on it.

Catsuits/bodysuits have always been a core item for me, as well. In particular, I would very often put the A3 one under clothes that I liked the general look of, but considered too revealing for the scenes I wanted to use them in. They help tremendously with collision problems (for either dynamic clothes or smoothing modifiers) and can fill out any wardrobe by being usable as tights, gloves, masks, etc.

The spandex options look especially great on this suit, and that includes the face spandex. Every now and then I want a ninja in a scene or someone else with the "scarf over face" look, and depending on the figure, I'm often hunting around to find a mesh I can use. This will be perfect!

I echo some of the concerns about getting carried away with material zones, though. The original A3 and H3 models were very good. A few more mat zones will be fine. But it's starting to look like there are going to be 2 or 3 times as many for this suit as for the original. With a good seam guide/template and a simple paint program, you can color or hide exactly the parts of the suit you choose, even cutting polygons up. It sounds like there will be two versions, one with many mat zones, and one simpler, which will be good... want to bet which one will end up being used more? ;)

Oh yes, and one more thing!

Make it smooth! No crease between pectorals / breasts, no belly buttons, no nipples, no musculature.

We have 2-4 bodysuits already that do the creases and bellybuttons etc.

We have none that fit nice and smoothly.

Might be a little late to the party, but has someone asked for Poser compatibility yet? :D

Either way, I have money in hand ready to throw at this :D

According to the WIP images, he is.

These! ^ Exactly my sentiment. Bodysuits are always the key clothing item on just about all of character costumes. I don't think there's a single Genesis character in my scenes folder that isn't wearing some instance of the either the GSuit or Supersuit Basic Suit. :)

Yeesh, how much trouble did he get in for mentioning that a female figure was coming that people would want morph support for? With DAZ, that's like saying water is wet, or fire is hot. :-)

Hopefully, he is just busy making other awesome stuff.
