Ah, the wonderfule ClodFlare (actually CloudFlare) error.  Got that a few times this week myself.  That's their cloud service...or disservice.

The other post was much funnier.       As Dana says   that one happens from time to time,   and ClodFlare always try to blame it on someone else.   I have had almost simultaneous 501 or 502 errors on different sites and each says it the host that is erroring.  Mostly trying again will solve it,   sometimes they manage to make it last longer.

I'm looking at a commercial website to learn more about the new building development.  I thought the website has new information.  Unfortunately, this website removed all of the old useful information.  I don't see any useful information besides a timeline.  I don't see any maps or even rough 2D sketches.  Two years ago, the same website had a decent section about the development.  I wonder why that section is gone. wow.  I guess I'll wait for the opening day to see the new stores and waterfront.

...just don't have cats around. A friend who was cat sitting had one of the cats burn its paws when it jumped up on the surface of one.

Which smooth stove tops?        If you mean the smooth hobs like this

There are actually 2 sorts,  Ceramic and Induction.      Ceramic are far from cool,   they stay hot for a long time and can be treacherous for cats  if they are in the habit of wandering around in the kitchen
Induction hobs are cool,   in both meaning of the word,   much more expensive and need specific types of pans to work.   An induction hob has been on my wish list for a long time.

A complaint topic for people who are absentminded.  That’s right up my alley.

Just the other day I was complaining about...

    ...Well I have forgotten.

But the point is...  The point is...

    I’ve forgotten the point.

    What forum is this?

Is it the one for car desks?  I’ve always thought having a desk inside my car would be a great idea.  Unfortunately, auto desk prices are out of my tax bracket.

I remember now.  I was complaining about-- prices.  I can understand if Mayan decor might be expensive.   But why would 3DS “Max Headroom” re-runs be so expensive?  Are they Beta-Max tapes?  What does any of that have to do with having an autodesk installed in my minivan?

In conclusion, I wish to complain about pet dander.  It can cause allergies.  Allergy medicine can cause absentmindedness, disorientation, and in rare cases-- irreparable brain damage.

    Sincerely;
Uhm... I have forgotten my name.  What was this topic about again?

    LOL

Don't know if I shared these before,  prob not since I think I did them during my absense,  but a portrait I did of "Lagiacrus" and "Ivory Lagiacrus"  from the MonHun series.  I spent about six hours on it if I recall - proof of what I caaaan do when I have the patience to spend on a single image haha

    And dragons playing cards  :>

Dara (the one on the left) is just a bit loopy,  probably from the many crashlandings he's suffered.  He's a nice guy though :>

    Dara: “So.... Got any eights??"

Nergy: “Sigh, for the last time Dara we're not playing Go-Fish...”

Dara: “Well that explains why I can’t win!”

...MM Complaints: Oregon lost to Virginia last night after hanging tough pretty much all game (so my last dog is out), Sparty defeated LSU, and Duke is ahead of Va Tech by 5 after trailing most of the first and part of the second half  with seven minutes and change to go (by all rights Duke should have lost to Central Florida last Sunday).

MM Non Complaint:  #3 Purdue came back in overtime to defeat #2 Tennessee yesterday.

    __________

ETA: Ugh, Duke squeaked it out again.

....sadly on Sunday they meet the othe team I don't want to see advance, Sparty.  Too bad both couldn't lose.  About the only hope I have left is that Purdue defeats Virginia and Duke's fortunes run dry against the Boilermakers in the Final Four.

Tired of the same old, same old almost every year.  Need some new blood for a change.

I may have shared the sketch of this before, can't remember.  But it was something I commissioned a few years back of two of my oldest surviving characters I can remember. Made these two back when I was like, five years old - give or take a year. Back when I found a D&D booklet in my uncle's room and messed with it drawing lil maps and stuff to play games with my dad. Sooner or later I ended up creating these two and with a complete and blatant disregard for the "proper" ways of things I paired them up as lovers on top of that.

I only vaguely remembered a few things about them (Mostly just how they met and stuff) many years later, so when I dug up those memories to get this lil artwork I was essentially rebooting their characters. I gave Emily - the copper - a scarf because I thought it was cute :>

And I love fun and cute things~

I'll be sharing some of the things I've been up to in my absense gradually;  if I post it all at once not only will it be several big posts of random artworks, but it'll also get drowned out in the other conversations going on here ^^

Emily: Oh come onnnn smile for our picture!
    Lexius: I am smiling....
Emily: Family pictures need to be cheerful though!
    Lexius: ....
Emily: I can see you blushing!

Complaint:  Arghhh....,  my landline phone and ISP company is filing for reorganization under Ch. 11 bankruptcy.surprisefrown  The letter announcing it, claims that it will not affect my services with them but you KNOW that in the end, my cost will go up.angry   Of course I have a contract that says I get "lifetime" service with them for a particular service price but they'll use one trick or another to find a way to tack on a fee of some sort, hidden amongst the plethora of other Federal, State, and County fees to cover their asses.  "Um, sorry, we ran out of money so we're going to pay millions to hire lawyers to get us executives out of the mess we created.  But we won't worry, because you'll pay for our screwup in the end."indecision

Non-complaint:  Last fall the State resurfaced the main road between my town and the "big" city, ten miles away.  I'm here to report that the road survived the winter and is still in excellent condition.  Yay! yes

I think I ordered the wrong bluetooth keyboard for my iPad.  I ordered the right one but it seems I cannot cancel the wrong one.  I am trying to cancel the one I do not want but it seems that it will not cancel.  I do not need two keyboards but I do not know what to do.

    ..this is mine,

sadly they went out in the first round to Oregon (which I also consider a "home team") , who narrowly lost to Virginia on Thursday.

    So now it's...

    ...or nothing.
