    If it had worked correctly, I would have seen that I was under $20 because of the New Release in the cart and would have added another item.

    Can someone tell me if I should be able to get the discount a second time? If that's the case, I make the same cart, plus an additional item, and I file a ticket for a refund of the first cart, and for the price difference on the second.

    If not, I guess I can only claim the price difference on my first cart.

    Edit - managed to finally get it to post.  This one is a sale that 100% should have qualilfied for the $20.00 promo, but it's not discounting at all.

    That cart works for me.

    It wasn't when it first started but it is now; and that is why CyberSox was able to purchase a couple of carts during the night but can't get the discount now.

    I don't think the loyalty discount is applying to the DOs. either. The discount I'm seeing in the cart is the same discount advertised on the product page. The $20 DO offer is a "Today Only" promo, and if you expand the Loyalty Discount banner at the top of the page, you'll see "Today Only" offers are excluded.

    I went to bed and tried again this evening. Was able to pick up 4 Aprilish hair figures, so it worked out for the best I couldn't get to work right away.

    ok ..i bought some stuff on that fastgrab...it gave me 100% off 4 items..all cool I'm good with it...but then went to the regualr holiday page..and the $20 deal does not work... so it looks to be spread across two different sales. OH ..the items in the faqstgrab are also in the DO part of the other sale.. so that's the kicker.  I would have not taken the first cart had I known that right up front..I thought it was just a WOW moment ...

    ..so wondering why in the DO selection on the Holiday sale page some items do not get the loyalty discount while others do?  In the other categories the discount applies to everything on the list  after clicking the "View All" button as well as all the featured artists stores.

    For example the Douglas Cargo Plane and Lecture Hall do get the discount, but the Army Uniform for G3F and Textures for the Army Uniform don't..

    According to the banner:

    Loyalty Discount only applies to items featured as part of the "2018 Holiday Sale

    As all the DO items are featured as part of the sale, they all should apply for the loyalty discount

    I'm probably guessing this but the Douglas Cargo Plane and Lecture Hall were made by PAs (Mely3D and Tesla3DCorp) whose catalogs also get extra loyalty discount as being part of the Featured PA list. The Army Uniform products you mentioned do not get extra discount because Sarsa is not listed as a Featured PA.

    As for the offer, I really should've bought more before they limited it to one transaction per customer. sad

    I think it's because the items that are featured on the loyalty page as historical best sellers or top sellers or featured artists are subject to the 60% loyalty whereas Today Only (which is the header for the $20.00 dollar feebie) is not. But the 58% and 66% do and they seem to be the items found in artists or best seller catelogues. When Daz started this sale the discount offer did not exclude today only ssales. They changed the rules after we played the game, to exclude today only sales but were nice enough to have some of Today Only Items features elsewhere on the loyalty page (hence the loyalty discount). For me the red flag is the 30% discount or no discount. I never see those dicounted with a further 30%.

    ..so basically all teh 30% ones are excluded even though technically they are listed on the sale page.  However I treid one that was 66% and that didn't get the loyalty discount either.

    ..ahh a bit of "Calvinball" there. 

    Sadly none of the DO items on my wishlist apply as they are all 30%.  May just let this one pass then.

    The flash sale and the $20.00 free sales are overlapping. A lot of the items in the flash sale are DO items, so if you haven't used the free offer it adds that as well.

    So, this 20 off DO is only good for one use. It won't work on my second round of check out with "still new" item. Sigh...As usual, it wasn't clear and confusing!

    To be fair, Daz added that text later in the day. Several of us were able to use it more than once in the wee hours of the nightly changeover. So if one loaded the page before the text change propogated to the nearest CloudFlare server and then didn't refresh the page, and if one read in the forums about people getting the $20 more than once, it's understandable why one would be confused when the offer wasn't working a second time for them.

    Too many sales lately, and perhaps too little thought into the structure and conduct of sales.

    ie. Loyalty discount.. how was it calculated and why did it give the impression it could change with more expendature?

    Discount wording... finalise and commit all wording to the sale, proof-read then release the sale at a later date after preliminary and final reviews to avoid updating terms mid-sale.

    Sale quantity.... really.... Daz.. there's such a thing as "Wallet fatigue"

     

    In saying that though, I picked up quite a few new Daz 8 Pro packs... just need to get in and use them now.
