i have PC+ items in my DO list as well It sort of worked, but when I went over the $20 it appears to add more than just the difference. Each of the DO items jumped up $3-4.

The Zeddicus set is working for me on your original basket - are you sure those are valid DOs tou have in the cart? Those add up to about $30, and I don't think theya re in any of today's featured categories so no loyalty discount - the prices look right to me.
It should be simple; if something on the DO list provided is $17.47, I should be able to add another item from the same list at $2.99 and pay the extra $.46... only it doesn't work; only the $17.47 is free, and the $2.99 item is full price. I know it's Monday, but this math is too straight-forward for me to get wrong... plus, I used a calculator! ;-)
PC items (which the $2.99 will be) are not eligible.
Nevermind - apparently the DO list has been amended now - there were some PC+ items being displayed that are not actually included in the sale conditions!
Is the $2.99 item PC+? Those are verboten.
I think the lesson here is to shop after lunch, when all the bugs have been worked out!

I can't make this work properly either.
I've tried building a test basket out of $16.95 Imaginary3D/DO items, that between a 40% sale PA discount, a 30% DO discount, a 30% Loyalty discount work out at $4.98 each in the cart before a new item is added (and should be discounting again to a 50% sale PA discount when a Debut or Still New item is added to bring them down to ~$4.15), but with four of those in the cart (slightly less than $20 even before the PA discount increases, and should be ~$16.60 after bundling in a new item), the items are still listing at ~$1.24 after adding any new item (either DO or PA), when the $20 offer should be entirely covering the cost of those items.
One way or another, this isn't playing nice with the sale discounts.
Hmmm... I'm back, my 4 items are no longer free ... there is still $5.93.
These marketing games are why I do not buy anything from Daz unless it is a straight XX% off.... Play games ??? No way!
I can't get any combination of DO's from the list to show up as free (or discounted by $20) with any new release.
It was pretty straightforward for me, added a debut item to the cart along with a historical seller one I wanted, went to the DO page, picked 2 items from my wishlist that added up to almost $21 and made sure they weren't PC+ items and checked out having to pay the difference over $20.
As the Base Road Tunnel is from a PA currently featured in the loyalty sale, these two items should only have added to $17.42 with (what appears to be a) 30% loyalty discount and a new item in the cart. There should have been no remainder.
It doesn't work for me either. I first added 3 items from the DO list, $19.80
Then the Garden Bathroom(7.33 with Loyalty discount)
and the cart total is $11.33 instead of $7.33.
I really don't like this and I suppose Support doesn't like it either.

Nothing works. I bought two carts last night without a problem. Now many items don't discount at all and on the others I ONLY get the loyalty discount that I would have already received, including on the items I had set up last night but had left in the cart to think about, which WAS discounting properly at that time. The verbiage of the the ad is very clear that those ALL DAZ items except for new & PC+items SHOULD be included, so between last night and this morning DAZ broke the sale somehow. At this point, if they can't fix it, they need to pull the entire sale page down.
It seems to work for me as long as the DOs add up to under $20. However, if I add another DO so that it's more than $20, it doesn't seem to take the $20 off.
EDIT: Now it doesn't even work properly under $20 - it only takes off $13.
It could be that the elves are working on the code again. It's been more than an hour since you posted, but the forum doesn't show what time you edited the post, so the question becomes, when did it stop working for the "under $20" DOs? And if it's been 30 minutes or more, has it started working correctly?
That cart looks about right - I think only the Ivan 7 HD is getting the Loyalty discount

1 Still New Release only:
dforce Latest Witch = $6.16
DOs with 1 Still New Release:
Riding Outfit/Jockey Outfit/ Historic Subway Station/dforce Latest Witch = $14.79
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't that be $10.53 (i.e., $6.16 + $4.37)?

Edit - managed to finally get it to post. This one is a sale that 100% should have qualilfied for the $20.00 promo, but it's not discounting at all.
