Thanks Quasar, appreciate it. Wow, never would have guessed Pheobe since her skin is so much more darker in your image.
I used the preset for high translucency. The candle lights in the room create an orange light that is probably contributing to a darker look too. The scene was also darker until I increased exposure in post. All the different ways to adjust the settings and lighting really do make a big impact on the outcome of an image. That's one of the things that makes it a fun hobby for me, all the tinkering to create a pleasing result.
I wanted to make something quick to get back into it. This is my sprucing up of the Magic Shoppe https://www.daz3d.com/magic-shoppe
All I really did was redo all glass shaders (I did not touch the old wood shaders), some metal, add an HDRI, and add three lights with a wide angle, redish from the inside, blue to compensate for the window not letting light in, and a rimlight for the hair. I think it came out nicely. G8F, my own clothes and hair, G3M, various from the store.

Really good work on the Magic Shoppe!
Looks good!
Odd. I put it in the site hosted gallery https://www.daz3d.com/gallery/#images/951506/ Hope that helps
One man work, production time one month: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5RKmsXLZnuM
One laptop.
Even though it's not a render, it's quite impressive work. You render all of that in DAZ iray?
Graphics were good but you should warn the viewers it's violent.
Gypsy Danger
Was playing around wtih black hair shaders for another thread and decided that my character does a pretty good Yennefer cosplay, haha.
love that eye color. really makes for dramtic eyes
Had been playing out with Sloshwerk's Gothic Arches; the lighting is from the scene file, just amped up quite a bit.

Yeah, I knew this was too good just for the hair colour thread.
Haha, it actually started out a dial-spinning exercise...I've been trying to nail a personal rendition of Lagertha from Vikings (Kathryn Winnick) and this is the closest I've gotten. Then I threw some black hair on her and changed the eye color was like "hmmm, she does a good Yennefer cosplay..." lol.
Yeah, lately Mousso has been my go-to for eyes...you can easily take one of the lighter colors and tweak them to your needs by just changing the color map shader from white.
Stunning portrait!
See the gallery for the assets I used
Today's stupid idea that wouldn't go away comes to you courtesy of an article that kept talking about "Digital Zombies":

Experimenting with house cat fur, trying to enhance realism.
This result, hair count is bumped up to 3200, line width is .05, and changed line tessellation to 2. It was hard to render, alas (which is why products don't use settings this high normally).
Looks good.
Can't say it looks more realistic (to me) but it is prettier.
