Nicely done! can you imagine walking into your bedroom and seeing her on the dresser, LOL

She actually properly make a pretty good 3d print fairy.  with the pose you could lean her up against any mirror as she is .

I don't know where to ask this question and I feel like I should already know it.  That being said, I figured if anyone would know the answer, it would be the people in this thread.  In IRAY, is it possible to make an object invisuble but keep it's light?  For exmaple, can I make several buildings invisble, but keep the lights from their windows shining?

if the windows are a seperate surface, then make all the other surfaces for the building 0% opacity and set the windows surface to 0.0001 opacity if you JUST want the light and you dont want to see the window itself.  Otherwise leave its opacity alone.

If the light from the windows is via a texture map ON the emmisive channel, and there is only one surface, then set opacity for the building to 0.0001 and the light should still shine.

    Thank you.  I'll try that.

Since it's winter in the states and I have a few new addons to work with, here is a new winter scene

The terrain is from Flink at Rendo with Iray materials, the trees are from 8 different sources with only one having snow textures, so I used the DA let it snow product to create geoshells with snow textures for the rest. The sky is an HDRI. The snow covered objects are from ShaaraMuse3d at Rendo. and the elk are low poly game models, posed in max, then subdivided and imported into DS.

This is a wonderful image. Kudos for your clever and effective use of external assets. Would love to see it rendered with some DOF.

I actually tried the DOf with a closeup of AMs squirrel instead of the elk but it didn't work out as well.
