Playing around with Skin Builder 8 and the '200 plus head and face morphs' product from Dogz and Zev0. Also used are Linda ponytail Hair, Fabrics of Asia, the Little Red Dress and Super Natural Brows. Background and lighting supplied by a free HDRI from HDRI Haven.

A mishmash of Charlotte 8 HD, Raiya's Leony and Charlene, Aloe hair by Biscuits.
Aisling shape with Krista textures and Super Natural Brows. Dress and necklaces from the Pastel Goth Outfit, and earrings from the Looking Back Outfit, resurfaced with Fabric Basics and PBS Shaders Volumes Two & Three.
This is my latest in Iray. Should have posted it last month in time for halloween, but it was a hectic month. G3M wearing M4 textures converted for Iray stalking G3F. I'm temped to re-render with some of the new ground shaders I picked up during the PC+ sale for more detailed cobblestone. We'll see.

This was a marathon. I was beginning to think it wasn't going to stop. I wanted to see just how long it would run until it was complete but it never cleared even though it reached my maximum iterations of 15000.

Never went above 41% completed.

I tried everything a knew of to speed it up over three weeks and that was the fastest and the farthest it got. I can usually get most renders that do that down to at least two days
Nothing fancy, just liked the lighting and the skin..I was playing with the free expressions in the freebie forum and using the Simtenero rendomizer which worked well with them.
Are you rendering CPU Only? Before I got a rig with a GTX1080, it was pretty common for me to let an image render for a week or more. (Didn't get anything else done, either, because all the cpu power was running the render!)

Maybe you should look into aweSurface and pathtracing in 3DL?

Yes, CPU only. I just set Priority to Below Normal for Studio which allows me to carry on. I can even have the Beta running at the same time as long as I don't use up all the 16 GB of memory between the two, which happens quite often

I prefer Iray and not all renders last quite as long
