Here is a render that I did using my customized versions of Sara, Lateshya, and Jane.  Yes they are all less skinny.
They where created using a combination of G8F body morphsBody diversityShape Shift, and a few other odds and ends.

I like my newest creation, but honestly I couldn't get the light bulb the way it suposed to look like.

The effect your looking for might be best acomplished by messing with the bloom settings.  You can tweak them mid render without any funny business happening, and it will show any changes as sson as the next canvas draw happens because it's a post process filter.

On a side note you might want to consider shrinking her pupils, becuase she is looking directly at a light bulb.

I like my newest creation, but honestly I couldn't get the light bulb the way it suposed to look like.

Speaking in generalities: In low light, our pupils dilate to let more light in, so a 60 watt bulb appears to be shedding more light than it actually is. When we try to light a scene with said lightbulb in Iray, it doesn't give off enough light, so the "obvious" thing to do is increase the luminance of the lightbulb. A better solution is to increase the ambient light to mimic the effect our eyes dilating has on our ability to see things in low light. That can be done with additional light sources, Tone Mapping, or both.

For the image above, I'd recommend lowering the luminance of the light bulb and supplementing the light on the girl with either a spotlight, (positioned so the shadow of the lightbulb falls out of frame,) or a ghost light positioned between the bulb and her face. (Maybe both.) You can use a map in Cutout Opacity to turn the rectangle into a circular shape. Not sure if that would make a difference so close, though. And you can set the Temperature to get a nice golden color on the scene.

Regardless, it's a nice concept and well done image. I like it.

Thank you @RAMwolff and @L'Adair smiley

Ramwolff, the hair is AJ Hair for Genesis 3 male(s), recoloured using ColorWerks.

I did link the image to my gallery (where I've listed the products) but it seems to be not working. I trying re-linking it again.

The only promotional art I did for the game I am making these days.

Those heavy dark shadows are just a “happy mistake” while forgetting to rotate properly my dome for the HDRI light I was using; but still results became cool enough. Some postwork (basic multiply layer at PS and such)

Created using automotive CAD data.  Not sure why the video looks so choppy in Chrome.  Firefox and even Maxthon looks a lot smoother.  The company purchased a Maya license and hired a Maya expert to help me with animation project load.  Problem is, they thought the renders from Daz looked more realistic than his Maya renderings, so I'm still doing all animation.
