As a Brit, I'm not sure I get that joke.

Sorry but it might be hard to explain without discussing politics which is taboo here

Other than that another name here for California is (amongst others) LaLa Land as we often wonder what fantasy world some of them live in

We live in a better world than most in the US. Please do not insult California.

I live live here in Southern Cal too and I think it's hilarious. But I'm originally from a part of Canada which once flew the Union Jack, and I did love some mothers do have em show (a brit show) so my ha ha may be warped a shade or two. frownblushlaugh

Can we please leave this? I'm not really happy about having my art used to take pokes at things that it's not anything to do with, so right now I'd rather the point is just dropped.

A lot of what I do is contemporary fantasy, so it's going to get very tedious if every time I post something the response is "Ha, just like {whatever region/celebrity/political party/religion/etc the person thinks is weird}".

Lots of lightplay in this one.  Inspired by a stock photo I saw on Pexels.

That looks really good.  Very well done!

    Dang Matty, that is fantastic!

Don't supposed you'd share the recipe for the figure morph?

    Thank you very much.

Sorry to say but none of my custom dial mixed girls are available (except to look at in my renders)

I do however always list their skin and May uses Sage for G3F by Thorne - https://www.daz3d.com/sage-for-genesis-3-female

Yes. I will leave this alone, but I can't speak for others. The pulse of art thrives on interpretation. People often disagree on if or not the artist's perception/intention is relevant. Beauty and definition still rests in the eyes of the beholder. If you wnat to shelter your art from interpretation, hide it under your bed.

If its of any help, the pose is from my set "Laser Swords and Poses 2" - https://www.daz3d.com/laser-swords-and-poses-2-for-genesis-3-and-8 - plus the foot pose from the shoe set with only minor tweaks to ensure her feet were level.  That will play a part in how her legs look.  The pose in the upper left is the one I used - https://www.daz3d.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/l/a/laser-swords-and-poses-2-for-genesis-3-and-8-05-daz3d.jpg

    Rei: What Changed?

    https://www.daz3d.com/gallery/#images/789381/

So I took a crack at this after reading the stuff on camera Focal Length over on the latest Goldtassel thread.  Out of curiosity, how does one get the skin texture to come into focus?  Is there a camera trick to help with it?  A lighting one?  Fiddle with the bump settings?  Gotta get me some books on photography...

And my comment was not about the art, it was about what was written about L.A. where I live which was negative political propaganda that I think should have been removed by a mod...
