    Pam, I think that youi are misunderstanding the issue.  I have notifications set up properly for the forum.  What I don't receive are promotional email messages from Daz itself.  For example, I did not get to participate in the latest survey from Daz.  Can't find any way to enable promotions in the shopping section either.

    how the hell do I give my computers permissions to share files?

    been going around in circles in network and sharing on both

    and homegroups

    they show rach others media files no worries ie videos pictures and music

    I added sharing permission to my E drive and folders and they show on both but the Win10 one tells me I need to contact my network administrator for permission

    the Win7 PC shows the c drive of the otherr one after adding sharing in advanced permissions same error

    if I click on User PC I get my media folders and can access those

    but not that E drive

    it has Carrara on it and rendernode would go there etc

    what gets weirder is at one point I could share documents and even sent a 4GB zip file over but I did something and stuffed it

    I actually think its Windows 7 and 10 not playing nicely

    I am administrator on both

    my workgroup is called workgroup and my password is my login one on both

    after an incident on Facebook last week I am considering being gender neutral online myself

    now this is interesting

    my C drive on my win7 is a SSD and most stuff uses mklink to my E drive

    I can actually access whats on the C drive but only my media on the E drive

    and I can share all the externals plugged into the computers between both after giving each permission

    so thats a huge help as most my content on those

    Ah   in that case you need to contact Customer Service.   

      I set up [email protected]   as a contact in the email provider I use to login to Daz but of course you need an email from that address to do that in some email providers

    It appears as a "Thank you for your feedback" banner. Clicking on it gives you a coupon code.

    Edit: I just now also received an email with the coupon code.

    My PC+ membership just ran out.  Not the best timing, but it is my own fault.

    After 3 years, it may be time to take a break.
