Washingmachine and dryer, I am 100% sure if I'd look there now, I'll find a few cents or maybe even some euros XD

Used to do maintenance at a laundromat and found that if you take the agitator out of a washer there's almost always money under it.

Not sure that I really want to dismantle my Washing machine, just on the off chance of finding a few pennies. I prfer it when I find the money in himself''s pockets before I put things in the machine  , but I think he is getting wise to that, as I rarely find any.

I just bought Danaides. At the moment I don‘t exactly know what to do with it (and can‘t do anything for the next two days), but the promo pics looked great, and I am sure that Danaides will give me an inspiration soon. And now, finally I have Platea! Jaaahhh!!! :-)

    Thanks and enjoy :)

Platea was a pretty sweet set, sadly I got caught up in other stuff to really play with it, but it's there for when I do get the chance :) Platea is a jewel, as well as Danaides!! I love them both, and I almost missed an important meeting this afternoon, playing with those two. I think there will be a wealthy Roman senator's decadent party soon in the Platea courtyard (no! No 'Bunga Bunga' party!!), and I might discover an unfortunate girl, held captive in the Danaides dungeon... And just now I grabbed Baroque Grandeur. This PA sale is terribly tempting if you are a PC member and the featured artist belongs to your favourites... :-)

I grabbed Danaides as soon as I saw it. Now just to find some free time to play with it. ~LOL~

lol, thanks.. what I dig about Platea is just how versatile it is.. and there's a ton of room for expansion which is cool. :)

...still holding out for the "English Country (Dream) Manor".

BTW will there be an update of The Study like we just had for The Ballroom?

And it's still on the list ;)... but under 'huge projects'..

Re: the Study, yes, hopefully. The idea was to see how the Ballroom went as a refresher, and it looks to have done quite well so I think it's worth a go at the Study in the near future :)

...the revamped Ballroom and Study could actually work as parts of a larger modular model.

Agreed, will probably have FW do the texturing again so at least the look is consistent :)

At this rate, Danaides is going to need its own appreciation thread! Yes, I've bought it as well and I'm looking forward to letting some of my Victoria 6s loose on it.

I was also pleased to hear it's got some water in the well. As I noted in my last post, Jack is very good at water pools so it will be well worth using in my renders.

I have been playing with Danaides.................was it worth the 3½ hour render?

Neglected, yes it is that, falling to ruins, yes it is that as well, but deserted....of that I am not so sure.

Bryce render, with a photofilter added in Photoshop to ramp up the ambience a tad.

Some Bryce materials used instead of the supplied ones, sorry Jack.

    Beautiful Cho, absolutely beautiful!

May I ask which photofilter you used? It was a perfect addition.

I used a set called Virtual Photographer from Optiverve Labs, The particular one I sued here is "radiance" from the built in filters.

Amazingly enough this set is a free download. http://www.optikvervelabs.com/
