I've been looking around the shop, but I haven't been able to find a Dragon/Humanoid type. Armors and Robes and such. Any suggestions on where I can find this type of character?

Your closest option would probably be https://www.daz3d.com/reptilian-6-hd-bundle and then parent some dragony wings on him
There are the Reptilians that might do....lizard men, and also Crawk for Genesis 3 Male and Dragelle for Genesis 3 Female. There is also Gargoyle HD for Genesis 2 Male. Your best bet is probably to look thru Rawart's catalog for something as he's the monster master ;).
