If you purchased any new items in the last 3 days, then you get am extra 70% discount on the bonus item. Purchasing a new item now will also trigger it, so you can get the discount in the next purchase.
Whats the bonus item I can't see any reference to this in the email or on the MM promo page, or the rolling banner

Unfortunately, the reference to it only appears when you qualify (bought something new in the last 3 days). So if you have not bought anything new, then you are not even aware of this promo -- only if you follow the forums.
I was writing down my bewilderment about this secret bonus item, and while I was lookig for something else, I scrolled passed it right after I did my first MM purchase :D
This happened yesterday morning (around 5am EST) and was gone about an hour later. Everything in my wishlist jumped by 40% but no stacking to the 50%. I'm trying to decide whether to pull the trigger on a few items before it potentially goes away again.
Be sure to check your order confirmations, as I just purchased the Maintenance Room and the price was substantially higher on the order confirmation/history than it was at checkout. I filed a ticket...
. . . . and the storewide 40% is now gone again. All a part of the 'madness"?
I think you buy something new, then you get an additonal discount on something you could easily kitbash with content you already have in your library, if I'm following correctly. :D

Didn't the bonus item used to be free? The bonus item looks like it should be a freebie, even $3.00 seems too high for it for me... So far, I'm loving everything else coming out, but not the prices. Added almost all the items so far to my wishlist. Just wish I could afford them, prices are still too high for a March Madness sale when last week there were sales for 60% off that I held off on, saving for MM. If it's 55% off new items, then at least the older PA items should have deeper discounts as should Daz Originals...
Alicia- I paid $2.02 for the Maintenance Room. As someone mentioned on another thread, none of the doors open, things are grouped and not individual props, etc. Be sure to see the thread on it here in Commons.
Wow! I checked out at with it at $3.88, but was actually charged $6.88 when I got the confirmation email; needless to say I put in a ticket....
Yeah, thanks, it was not something I would probably use anyway but it showed as $3.03 in my cart. Why are we getting different prices?
The bonus item qualifies for the same additional discounts as the other new releases. If you own Edward 8, you'll get an additional 10% off in the cart. If you add in another new release, you'll also see the price go down...
ETA: ... Unless Daz changed something since last night. That said, it was $2.53, or something like that, when I had two+ qualifying products in the cart. I have both Edward, which triggers the 10% today, and Owen, which also triggered the 10% yesterday.
And adding it in the cart today, it's $3.03. There was probably a glitch and some double-dipping discounts going on earlier.
They're probably getting extra discounts like what PAs get. I also paid $3.03 for the Maintenance Room.

Karyssa Pro is in the related items, but not taking any discount other than the PC+ DO one. No discount appears in the cart either, even in qualifying conditions.
https://www.daz3d.com/karyssa-8-pro-bundle is new so would be excluded. I would imagine it got into the grouping by mistake.
Technically, if it's listed there, the 40%/50% needs to be honored. If it's a mistake, it needs to get taken off quickly. And if it's intentional, the discounts need to be added. (Like Silent Winter, I think it may be intentional, due to the extra 10% off today for "owners and buyers of" Karyssa Pro.)
Someone from Daz should get this sorted right away.
Where are you seeing this information I have the Karyssa Pro bundle but don't see any extra discount.
On the March Madness sales page. Here's an image with the pertinent info. And the issue is it's listed as a Related Item along with 13 other products, but only the 30% PC+ member discount is applying, (if you're a PC+ member.)
ETA: If you already own Karyssa, or any product in the Related Items section, it won't show up for you. I had to open in a private window to get this capture.
That looks like a mistake but, IMO, they need to honor that. Karyssa 8 Pro with the current discount from MM sale is still more expensive than her intro price of $40.
Is three days now only two days? I made a purchase of a new release (Edward Pro Bundle and some add ons) on Monday; but now the cost of the Maintenance Room bonus item has gone up to $11.25 in my cart (i.e. no 70% discount)
No Darius as part of the Gen 7 offer?
My PC 6$ coupon goes mostly into the free Gen 7 offer :-(
Most of the value of the coupon is lost if I have the free Gen 7 in the cart. Do you guys think I can just buy it and will get the lost money back? Never had to use refund before.

i remember that year a while ago, probably my first or second on DS, with this march madness where an incredible load of items were between 1-3$ or less - with a still empty runtime, i was absolutely ecstatic, so i really went mad & bought over 100 items i think.
this here? spend at least 20-25$ for 2 items i'm not really, not at once (the bat is awesome, but LAMH on my sytem, not the best plan, and i already have several bats, even if far less cool ones) - or not at all - interested in just so i can finally get my wishlisted Elijah 7 i've been ogling for so long, which would otherwise (taken it's not on sale at another time!) cost 45$? yeah, sure..
Free items take a part of the coupon away, so it's usually best to use the coupons when there's no free item in the cart.
I think others had success with customer support, asking for the remainder of the coupon after the purchase. I would personally just use the coupon on another cart, with no free item in it.

Take a before and after screenshot of your cart showing that the price did not fall by $6 when the coupon was applied. Send these in a support ticket and you should be refunded the difference, often in just a few hours
